my reasons:
1. kimber is underdeveloped in favor of the male heroes
2. Unilateral decision is made that kimber can’t use contraception because the dude wants to get her pregnant
3. Un-negotiated kink as “punishment”, he slaps and suffocates her with no warning for bad behavior.
4. Kimber has no autonomy despite the heroes insistence that they care about honoring what she wants
I’m fine with alotta bullshit but unnegotiated breath play is just abuse 👌🏽 only getting “kinky” when you want to express your anger with no conversation, consent checks or safe words in place is say it with me:

“I’m partially in shock about the fact that I’m negotiating the terms of dating a man at my wedding to another man.” –
If there was a quote that pretty much sums up Nobody to Love You Better, this is it! The story followed best friends, Bear and Renier. They are thick as thieves and shared everything. Kimber is the third piece to the triangle. She had just moved back to town to fix up her family’s farmhouse and to work on her debut novel, when the three ran into each other at a local spot.
I did not know what to expect from this story, but I was intrigued and completely in awe of the storyline.
What I loved the most about this story was how quickly Bear staked claim to Kimber. He manifested the relationship, and everyone knew he was in love with her. Bear had an interesting story because he does not have anyone, and Renier’s family was all he truly had. He was so gentle and protective towards Kimber and I appreciated that. He also knew that Renier had eyes for Kimber, but he was secure in who he was. Renier was a known f-boy, he was not one to settle down but for Kimber, he was willing to turn in his playa card.
I think it was also important that both characters had previous history with Kimber because it showed why this situation worked. I liked Kimber’s character, as well. She was apprehensive at first and tried hard to fight her feelings. However, when she found herself in a pickle that jeopardized her safety, the real fun began!
The book had me in an unhinged state of shock and arousal. I am not truly sure what I felt, but I was questioning my morals. Who would be able to resist a fiiine Cowboy and the Sheriff? Whew! The flow of the story was good, the characters kept me on my heels, and the suspense was a good touch. I loved the emphasis on family and protecting each other was a theme. The entire book I wondered how things would turn out for this “throuple”, but it worked for them! It just shows you could potentially have two soulmates, who are best friends… but, only in fiction- LOL! And the spice?!?! MA’AM!! The barn scene after the wedding… I was not ready!! A time was had, I highly recommend this book!

This book has been on my TBR for entirely too long 😩!!! This was such a good read. When Kimber & her sister went to the bar I was convinced Donovan was just putting on about how he felt for her. It just seemed to strong and fast, but then when you get to the back story of how he changes his life to be better & ready for her if he ever got a second chance it makes sense. Donovan was not playing behind his woman he was a crash out behind her lol.
Reiner was a sexxii addiction to the story. I didn’t enjoy how she treated him at first and I understand her lack of trust, but she wasn’t even trying to hear him out. But when he finally got fed up and told her what was what!!!! Perfection 😉. Overall this was a good read and I love how both men loved & protected her at all cost. The found family aspect of this book was beautiful as well, I love how if one person wanted to crash out everyone was gone protect them and whatever they were fighting for! Perfection.

A Bear, A Angel, and the Sheriff walk into a bar
Lol but no seriously I was NOT expecting this level of action and subplot it was really good, I peeped at least part of the mystery after the wedding. First, I legit love me some Waylon. Second, I think what I loved most other that then smexy time, was the relationship dynamics. Ren and Kimber’s obviously had the most layers. The story does kind of feel like her and Bear’s at the beginning and theirs at the end but it works well and still feels balanced. This was really sweet while still having the high heat you expected in a Bash book. Lastly, I am legit loving her writing and for sure her protective, aggressive, crazy, sweet male characters.

4 🌟 M.L. Bash does it again; she makes me feel it's possible to have a husband and a boyfriend... If only I'd known that sooner, but I digress... Living vicariously through her characters like Kimber and Seven (from “You Hide I'll Seek”) is more than enough to scratch my itch.
I fell more in love with Ren than Bear in this one, because Ren really worked for the love of Kimber and it seemed like Kimber just handed it to Bear from the jump, but you have to admire Bear's straightforwardness about his intentions with Kimber from the moment he finally had a chance to really shoot his shot. All in all, I really enjoyed this relationship dynamic and their cute little throuple!
OH YEAH. Big ups to Parker being a real one and ride-or-die sister that will smack a b*tch four more times after you finish stomping her out! Brix and Waylon were also true brothers and friends through and through also; I enjoyed what they both brought to the friend group in their own unique ways.
I feel the plot twist was a bit rushed in the end and it could've been more flushed out to really pack a punch, but it's obviously M.L. Bash writing has greatly improved since this was released because “Who You Belong To” was a top read for me in 2024!!! I will definitely continue to read her books, both old and new, because M.L. Bash has yet to disappoint with delivering a spicy, emotional, reflective ‘why choose’ with an engaging plot.

I can begin and end with just saying Kimber Ren & Bear… but I won’t. I loved this book from beginning to end. Obsessed!

Kimber is such a beautiful soul. Bear my gentle giant. Ren is a lover boy through and through. (blushing right now)
The way Bear loved Kimber made me feel loved. Ren is so protective and reassuring. They really do make the perfect pairing. Kimber is blessed beyond measure but they make you understand that she was a blessing first and is deserving of it all! I would love to meet them again in the future but if not this was more than enough. Thank you ML!!!
ML Bash just has a way with putting everything I want in my man on paper and honestly she hit some of the items I didn’t even think of. I love her work and will always be a reader of hers. READ this now and all of her work immediately after!!!

I made it to about 71% of the story before deciding I didn’t want to finish it but before I list those reasons, I admit that I love the GIST of the characters and the story and that the only reason it’s missing a star or two is due to personal preferences.
1. I personally don’t like ultimatum situations. The gist of what I read was “this is what happens or you die” despite the male main characters stating that they would protect her
2. I was really loving Bear BUT how he handled his anger was a HUGE red flag for me (again, personally) and if I was in Kimber’s situation and that ultimatum wasn’t up in the air, I would’ve left him. Specifically because of the slapping her when he was yk…. I (personally) don’t like ANY form of degradation and I found it disrespectful even if he was “punishing” her.
3. Our girl Kimber really had no choice and that annoyed me the most bc she just got back in town and was reuniting with her crush who just so happens to LOVE her and then within 12 hours of reconnecting with him, her life choices are taken away and it felt like she just slept the stress of the situation away and let Bear and REN make the decisions for her.
4. Bear’s “punishment” has been at the front of my mind anytime I think about this book and now I can’t finish it.

I WILL NOT TAKE ANY SLANDER FOR THIS BOOK EVER....it was freaking perfection. The characters the plot the suspense and the mystery had me from the first page. I cannot wait to get more stories in this specific book universe.
Ms. Bash you did that almost got me out here wanting to get into a BearxKimberxRen relationship. SHOOT, someone just get me a cowboy Bear/Ren personalitieS combined🤣 The level of protection this men had for my girl was beautiful...to be loved so deep and equally by these two took my breath away. THIS IS A MUST READ.😍

This book his definitely in my top 10 of the year! I loved how Bear and Ren loved Kimber out loud and were so unashamed of their dynamic.
From the very moment Bear saw Kimber again he applied pressure and never let up!!! That man was TTG over her and I was here for all of it. I enjoyed seeing Ren and Kimber grow. These story was just… so good and NASTYYYYYYY!!! The smex in this story 🥵🥵 highly highly recommend

Bear (Donovan), and Ren (Renier) are best friends and soul mates. They share everything. And when Kimber comes back to town, they admit that the same girl captured their hearts years ago, and they want to share her too. But will she agree to let them both love her?
I need to apologize for taking so long to read this because I loved it so much. Bear is so focused, protective and intentional the whole way. He doesn't let anyone take him off his path, or pull him from his mission. He knows his purpose is to love and protect Kimber, and get money with his best friends and he does both with a singlemindedness that is so sexy. I swooned over Bear.
Ren is the impulsive, funny, hotheaded, stubborn mule I hoped he would be, lol. The way he loves is so fraught with urgency, and I loved that he simply got tired of waiting. He knew his destiny and told Kimber she better fall in line, lol. The road to trust and forgiveness with him and Kimber gave the story some solid emotional weight, as did his promises to Bear and their bond.
Kimber is the needed balance between the two of them. The way she can affirm Bear and calm Ren, the way she commands their attention and demands what she needs from them--very well done. Kimber leaned into the safety and family she found, but she centered them as well; she was soft, but not passive. She stood up for herself, but could admit to her learning curve of having two lovers/ husbands and submit to being protected. I loved her. And she's living my dream, lol.
The rest of the cast rounded out the story in a great way and the subplot gave the story arc lots of intrigue and impact without taking away from the romance. One of my favorites of the year.

There's something about Nobody to Love You Better that I am not sure I like.
There are aspects of the novel that are interesting and it starts off very strong. However, somewhere in the middle, ML Bash lost me and the end wasn't as gratifying as I was hoping.
That said, the story is well-written and engaging with an interesting set of characters, albeit stereotypical ones. The MMC, Donovan/Bear and his best friend, Renier/Ren, have an extremely toxic and dependent relationship (attraction?) that causes them to share everything with one another, even the woman (the FMC Kimber) who they can only remember as the misguided young girl who "saved" each of them in equally traumatic incidents.
While I find Nobody to Love You a bit far-fetched and frustrating to read sometimes, it is an overall easy to read reverse harem story that is quite spicy. A decent relaxing read, despite the length of the book.

Wow! This was so so good and let me tell you that you will love it so much. The theme and plot of this book is very unique to me as this isn’t the usual genre I go for but the writing and the storyline really engulfed me so much. I loved the dynamic between Kimber, Bear and Reiner and the way they always protected her. The little drama and the storyline topped the way they felt about each other. A very light simple read and checj trigger warnings though. Loved it

My oh my! I love how Donovan (Bear) loved, cherishes, claimed and protected Kimber. He was confident in What he wanted. He Pursued her and kept his word in everything dealing her. The extra relationship threw me and although the spicy scenes were interesting and very spicy, I was a tad bit disgusted as well. I don’t know, call me conflicted but still an awesome read with an amazing story line.

I couldn't put it down, but also, if it was the first, why choose I read I don't think I would read anymore. It just didn't get me?
The plot was good. The action was good. The scenes were good. I finished it in a day, but I also just didn't vibe with it 🤷🏾♀️

A different type of love story
Best friends til the end, Bear and Renier and they share everything even their love for Kimber.
A reverse harem read and I can honestly say that I was pleasantly impressed. The spice was spicing. Their love was so beautiful. For a moment I just wanted to jump between the pages and be Kimber. To have not just one but two men love on you with the intensity of the love they share, to be safe and comforted nestled between the two. And to top it off, black cowboys, low key pharmaceutical workers with a legal professional job. Where do I sign up??? You right, there is nobody to love me better.

I don’t think I ever read a character more loved then Kimber. She literally had a hold on two different men for years and didn’t even know it.
She come back home and boom, end up with two grown ass men catering to her every need. It’s the simple fact that Bear & Ren besties lol and made everybody else in their circle fall in line.
But the plot twist ML Bash ate that tf up, because I wasn’t expecting it lmfao I was trying to piece the puzzle together but it wasn’t puzzling lmfao.
Lastly, I’m happy that everyone respected Kimber, Bear & Ren’s dynamic. I can’t wait to give ML Bash my coins for the physical copy lmfaoo

I really liked this book. I really liked all the characters. I’m pretty it’s just me but Ren got on my nerves. Maybe it’s because I really loved Bear, idk but he was a bit much.
I get that Bear said if Kimber needed more he would be okay but it didn’t seem like Kimber was headed that way. To me, Ren didn’t let Kimber choose him, he just applied straight pressure. And the wedding day…did Ren really need to? Ren couldn’t let Bear have that day?? But my beloved Bear was great as always and shared his entire day with Ren. I guess that’s why I love him and he can do no wrong. Except that shower scene🫣…definitely a gray area. 🌚
But through all that, it was great read. Going to read In the Midst of Forever soon.

Did this just become my favorite read of 2023?! Quite possibly! The dynamic of their relationship was utterly BEAUTIFUL! Unorthodox?! To some maybe, but the way they all just fit together like a perfect dance was *chefs kiss *!!! The ferocity in which they loved each other was thigh clenching! I can’t get enough of them. I’ll definitely be reading this again. Definitely one of my fave reads for the year! This was a good time!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
