I really enjoyed the deep relationship between Mariana and her mother. Additionally, the exploration of the language of Spanish and the difference between the accents Hispanics use and how that in itself is a form of oppression was incredibly relatable. I loved every second of it. Also! Great monologues ;)

Estella’s character is so so strong!! I would have loved to see more at the end, the ending felt a little rushed but other than that I loved that Estella was able to show up differently for Mari. Also I wanted to know more about Mari & Jenny’s love story/backstory. Also two great monologues in here that I hope to use!!
