Poor Spence—all he wanted to do was fly to Vegas, walk his mother down the aisle, and get back to his shop. Until a very attractive seatmate on the plane has him adjusting his plans to make time for some anonymous stranger sex.
It's just his bad luck that his anonymous stranger turns out to be his new stepsister.
When Maddie realizes she’s just spent two days banging her new stepbrother, her first reaction is to laugh. Her second is to wish she could do it again. It was very memorable banging, and the prospect of not doing it anymore is a bleak one. Still, she can keep things sibling-like if Spence can.
Lucky for her, Spence is just as eager as she is to pick up where they left off in Vegas, on the condition they keep it just between them. Telling the family will only make things complicated, after all. And that’s fine with Maddie—until she realizes she’s falling in love with a man who seems content for her to stay his dirty little secret.
Dirty she’s fine with. A secret? That’s a deal breaker.
Hannah has been reading romance novels since she was young enough to have to hide them from her mother, and decided to try her hand at writing one when she realized the book she really wanted to read lived in her head. That was a dozen years and as many manuscripts ago, and there are still more stories to be told.
She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband—former Special Forces and an OR nurse who writes fantasy fiction, and acts as In House Expert for his wife on matters pertaining to weapons, tactics, the military, medical conditions and How Dudes Think—and their daughter, who takes after her father.
Hannah loves to hear from readers, and will answer questions here on Goodreads.
Okay I’d say this is probs 4.5/5 bc I’m not that into the daddy/baby girl bdsm stuff (no shame I’ve just found it’s not my favorite to read about) but I love Hannah’s writing so yolo. Also I was raised on Clueless, My Life with Derek, Drive Me Crazy, and A Midsummer’s Nightmare by Kody Keplinger so I DO love the non-incesty (imo) step sibling trope (aka they’re like fully grown/were not raised like siblings when their parents got married).
There’s a scene where he kept saying “again” and it gave Kurt Russel as Herb Brooks in Miracle (one of my favorite movies) and I’ve gotta be honest it apparently does it for me 🙂↕️
Super sexy and fun. What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas when the nameless guy Maddie has a few rounds of screaming hot sex with turns out to be none other than her newly minted step bro. Before they can say “one big happy family” Maddie and Spencer are banging in secret all the while trying to pretend they aren’t also falling for each other. It’s low angst and high heat, which is an overarching theme in this series and it really works for me. This is another winner in a really fun series.
This was a spicy read. I liked how they both meet on the plane and their banter and flirting was well portrayed. Even deciding to stay nameless and just go with the flow kept the two MCs true to their characters. The smexy times are OTT insanely hot.
Unbeknownst to both, they are both visiting Las Vegas for their parent's wedding, to each other! Making these two ONS strangers, step brother and sister!
That's kind of where the story goes down hill for me. Outside the bedroom, there was a lot I didn't like.
Spence freaks out when he finds out the woman he spend an unforgettable night with is now his step-sister and proceeds to act like an A-grade jerk.
Maddie is overall a much more likable character. She finds it awkward but not world ending, like Spence. She even pursues him guilt free because she doesn't see anything wrong with giving in to their mutual adult attraction. She was a confident and funny heroine. I liked her.
The lower rating is really about Spence and his temper tantrum knee jerk reaction to his fear of being outed. I found it ironic that he was so worried about society's opinion when it came to Maddie but he's okay with group sex among his friend group.
I really could have done without his infatuation with his best friend's wife, Esme. I didn't like that he refers "naked and coming" Esme as his favorite and that scene where Esme tries to get him to tell her who gave him better anal, her or Maddie. Boundaries are set for a reason and this was a pretty big turn off for me.
Not even him coming out and declaring his love for Maddie, in front of their families, made up for the sharing and intimacy he clearly enjoys with others. I need the heroine to be exclusively the one and only for the hero.

I just loved this book! I really need to stop jumping into Murray’s series midway through. This is book 3 of her F.I.L.T.H. series, and although they are truly standalones, I have seriously cheated myself by not reading the previous two!
Spencer and Maddie have a wild and amazing anonymous 24 hours together until the bomb drops and they discover they are now step-siblings. Well, what happens in Vegas and all that, right? Except it doesn’t stay there as Maddie has now moved back to Grand Rapids and just a few miles down the road. The proximity has just made it that much easier to ignore that pseudo-sibling relationship, for at least a few hours at time.
The s3xy scenes are intense, spice level of 5/5, and honestly, they are something that while I suspect a bit fantasy-like in the anonymous, could be achieved with a well-established s3xual relationship. I love how Maddie is so blatantly unashamed and owns her sexuality, even while placing control during that time with Spence. The plot line is a bit OTT and used before, but it still works and while Spence is a bit dense, I did identify with his fears. This book had me reaching for some ice cubes to cool off, as well as laughing out loud. It is definitely one I will read again and had me snatching up the previous two books in the series. I can’t wait to read the next one.

Great start with a one night stand in Vegas-turned-oops, our parents are marrying each other and now it’s awkward. However, there are too many things that annoy me and now I’m kind of bored. I don’t understand how anyone thinks they’re real step-siblings. They’re 33 year old adults whose parents have just happened to marry each other! It’s not unrealistic to think they might never see each other at all depending on how their parents do holidays. It’s very different from growing up with each other. I couldn’t buy Spence’s mom being upset to learn that they’d hooked up, well before they knew each other’s identity, or why it would be a bad thing if they got together now.
Also: Spence’s mom pesters him to give her grandchildren, which automatically made me hate her character. He doesn’t owe her grandkids! His fertility choices are none of her business.
Characters: Spence is a 33 year old white small business owner. Maddie is a 33 year old white accountant. This is set in Las Vegas and Grand Rapids, MI.
Content notes: unplanned pregnancy (FMC’s sister; boyfriend left her since she’s continuing the pregnancy), endometriosis, past parental divorce, MMC’s father was uninvolved, parental pressure for grandkids, on page sex, D/s, restraints and bondage, Daddy kink, domestic discipline, impact play, forced orgasms, begging, anal play, sex toys, alcohol, gendered pejoratives, Harry Potter reference
Tropes: Friends to lovers Daddy/dom Sex positive Kink
Rating: 5/5 Spice Rating: 5/5
“He fucked her long and slow, almost lazily, holding her down when she tried to get him to speed up and laughing when she cursed. He whispered dirty talk into her ear, filth that made her flush and squirm and come, then kept fucking her until she was ready to come again. Then he came with her, hot and hard and wet inside her. She was still trying to catch her breath when he lifted his head and kissed her.”
Spence & Maddie meet on a flight to Vegas for their parents’ wedding & end up having a hot & steamy one night stand. The decide to keep it anonymous & let “what happens in Vegas stay in Vegas”. Then…they meet at the wedding.
This is the third book in the F.I.L.T.H. Series & it’s seriously hard to choose a favorite. I loved the view inside the kink world that Spence is seriously into. Even more, I loved how sex positive both MCs were. You’ll definitely need a cold shower after some of these sex scenes. They are HOT!
Let me start off by saying there’s pretty much nothing I didn’t like about this book. I mean, those sex scenes were…. just wow! I have to admit I’ve never really understood the taboo about relationships between step-siblings, it’s not as if they’re actually related, but I guess it can add a bit of naughtiness to spice things up. Not that Maddie and Spence needed any more spice, they were already scorching hot with a touch of kink to get you squirming and dirty talk that just added another dimension. But, although their sex was out of this world, I loved their banter almost as much and found myself laughing out loud on a number of occasions. There was also an interesting cast of side characters, particularly my favorite Maddie’s sister Halley, who was so loving and supportive, despite the fact she was dealing with some heavy sh*t herself. Will we see more of her in future books? I hope so. In the end though, I had to sympathize with Maddie because no matter how good the sex, nobody wants to be treated like a dirty little secret. Feast is the 3rd book in the series, my new personal favourite, and I loved every minute of reading! From the first word to the last, I had a smile on my face and at times, couldn't keep from chuckling out loud. As with the other books in the series, Feast is seriously hot and steamy. The sexy times have the added spice of an accomplished Daddy Dom in action, with an irreverent, sassy brat who's just perfect for him. The background to their relationship is their newly formed patchwork family which adds a bit of angst to the mix and I thoroughly enjoyed the emotional rollercoaster, the friendly intervention and the final resolution, complete with HEA. Would love for Maddie's sister to get her own story with HEA! I was fortunate to have received an advanced copy from the author and am leaving this review voluntarily and honestly.
This was a quick and dirty (quite literally), humorous read. I enjoyed reading the dynamic between Spence and Maddie; some brat/brat tamer vibes, some daddy stuff, along with Spence being a bit "mean" in the sack (distinct from being stern in the sack, but he's also that) and Maddie thoroughly enjoying it.
Regarding the stepsibling conflict, it was less of a problem than I expected, really, it was just Spence and Maddie's respective hang-ups about their relationship (which starts off as a one-night stand) that kept them apart. There's a quick, effective grovel and all's well end's well.
I'm curious to know if Maddie's sister Halley is getting her own book, based on how this one ended, and if she does, I'm looking forward to it!
Short and quick read but so much spice! Exploring BDSM and a bit of Daddy Kink.
Maddie and Spence meet on a plane and at first they don't get on very well, Spence is a bit of an ass to be honest, but Maddie is intrigued by him and when she finds out he's staying at the same hotel as she is, she propositions him for some naughty fun. And they have plenty of it. Till they find out their parents are getting married and they are about to become step siblings.
The characterisation was great with side characters like Halley and Turk adding some much needed humour and making me want to read more of their story.

This is Book 3 of F. I. L. T. H. It is a stand-alone. It was the first book in this series I'd read and I wasn't lost. I'll definitely be reading the others though because I loved the book so much and the way the author writes. From the delicious steamy scenes to unexpected humor and the naughtiness of the taboo step siblings this book just captured me. This will definitely get you squirming in your seat and blushing but also laughing out loud. Fantastic read and will be on my reread list for sure!.

The banter in this story was an absolute delight. Some of the best back-and-forth dialog I've read this year. Even if the relationship and super spicy steamy scenes weren't as well-done as they so definitely were, I would have found this book to be excellent, but all together it was just fantastic. I hadn't read the other books in this series, but with this as an example of the writing, I'm definitely going back to devour them. Most assuredly a recommended read from me.

Spencer and Maddie meet on a plane to Las Vegas and agree to spend the night together with no names exchanged. This works out great until the6 realize they are now step siblings by marriage. Things get even dicer when Maddie decides to move back to Grand Rapids not too far from her new stepbrother. The close proximity helps these two really get to know each other better. Can this one night stand relationship blossom into the real thing? This is the third book in the series. I have not read the previous two but I believe they are all standalone books.
Feast is a quick, but not too short, read where every word seems to propel you to a delicious HEA. Plus, the heroine is one of the most likable brats I’ve had the pleasure to meet in a book.
Spence is still taciturn and dominate. The chemistry is so good, maybe the best of the series so far. He meets his perfect adventurous match. But when he finds out she’s his new stepsister, he can’t help but worry over how it could affect his mom. Still, he can’t quite stay away.
What happens when a chance meeting with someone on a plane to Vegas ends in the best night of your life. There is something about 3B that has Spence wanting to spend more time with her but he gets the shock of his life when he realises who she really is.
Loved this one. Spence is a complex guy and Maggie seems to get him like no one else. Lots of great banter and steam in this book.
I read this book voluntarily for an honest review.
Spence and Maddie meet on a plane to LV, both headed to a wedding and share a steamy night. They met again at their parent's wedding...surprise! But should these new step-siblings act on their feelings or stay away? Well written, great, sassy dialogue, sizzle, steam, some drama, and more. A solid 4 stars from me.

Spence and Maddie hook up as strangers in Vegas, only to end up as step-siblings by the end of the trip! And yet, they can’t stay apart… Oh man, the books in this series have all been dynamite, and this one was no exception. I loved how Spence and Maddie could be in the middle of the filthiest of acts, and then say something that made me want to break out in laughter! A fantastic read.
Wow! What a rush! This book was fantastic. Hot, steamy, funny, and engrossing. I can't believe how quickly I read it. I didn't want to put it down. From their meet cute on the airplane Maddie and Spence had me hooked. I couldn't stop and read it in one sitting. Their chemistry was incredible and their sassy conversations had me laughing. I couldn't even begin to say what I liked best as I loved it all.
This is the third book in the F.I.L.T.H. series and the first one I have read. You can read it as a standalone but the references to the first book make me want to read it! Spencer & Maddie are great characters—you can feel the connection between them, and their scenes are so, so spicy. It’s mildly, funnily taboo, and a great contemporary romance that I devoured from start to finish.
This is a well written book with strong characters in Spence and Maddie. The author brings a taboo romance with heat, humor and a ton of emotions. She moves the story fluidly with her descriptive scenes and delivers a great read.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
I really enjoyed Feast by Hannah Murray. I loved the initial banter between Maddie aka "3B" and Spence. Strangers on a plane they quickly form a connection despite Spence's grumpy attitude. Spence planned a quick trip to Vegas for his mother's wedding not to meet a little spitfire like Maddie. They have no idea they will soon be step siblings. What happens next? Great story.
From the blurb and the title, I was expecting a steamy, kink romance. I was greatly surprised the book was definitely that and so much more. I absolutely loved Maddie and she provided a lot of laugh out loud moments. Spence may have been in control in the bedroom, but Maddie was a firecracker out of it. Great story and will definitely look for more from this author.
This is the second book I've read written by Hannah Murray; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
This is the third book in the F.I.L.T.H. Series; it is a stand-alone book. The story is about Maddie & Spence; after spending two nights together they realize that he is her new step-brother.

Spence and Maddie are just perfect for each other - he's full of grump and sarcasm and she is full of joy and fun. Hilarious banter and the steam level was explosive. Just got to work through the whole step-sibling issue! Fab book and so glad I found this author.

100 stars. Could not put this down, starts off with a bang, literally, and just keeps getting better. I love the way the author writes funny doms. They’re stern but can still laugh and something about that combo really does it for me.
