Reading Indie Romance became her passion and she was inspired by these amazing authors and decided to put her writing hobby to the test.
A 'Happily Ever After' is always the goal for her characters, but there may be a cliffhanger or two, and definitely some angsty situations to work through, occasionally a little bit dark, but oh so delicious.

Oh my heart
What a book!
I probably start repeating myself but the way Chris writes and has you feeling all the emotions is something else!
I loved this so much! It was so beautiful the way Adrestia and Nash found eachother in the most difficult times of their lives but didn't let that stop what was inevitably happening!
I love how Chris writes not just female insecurities but also male insecurities because I think too often men are portrayed as big tough cavemen with no feelings.
It was just beautiful and perfect.

Oh, this is so crazy 😁 Crazy good!
Especially Adrestia. God, girl, what did you have on your "bucket list"??? 🙈 I mean things like "Take dance classes" or "Teach someone to play chess" or even "Learn to play the guitar" are really harmless. But "Kiss a stranger" or "Have a one-night stand with someone famous"??? WOW. Especially the one-night stand... How do you meet someone famous? And then having smex with them. God, girl, you are crazy!!! 🤣
I want to have her as a friend 😁 I really like her.
I can't believe she actually met someone famous 🙈 Yes, it's a book, but while I'm reading it's not a book, it's a real story. Period. I don't discuss this 😎
I'm not sure what I can say about Nash... First, yeah, I felt so sorry for him. His ex Riley is a b!ch with a huge B!!! A very huge B. I hated her from the beginning, and let me say it, I never changed it. I still hate her 🤬 And yes, I would have loved a scene where Tia thanks her for the BS because that's because Nash was "available" 😁
The story is so wonderful 🥰 Everything Nash does 🩷🩷🩷 , and even with the stones some people throw on their way. OK, a couple of stones might be from themselves 🙈 Understandable in some points. I loved all the other band members (excited for Riley). They are funny and I would love to read a book for all of them, including Apollo and Sasha (not together, or 🤔 don't know 🙈), Tia's best friends.
But the ending 😭😭😭
I know, I don't read the books in the perfect reading order, but yeah, that happens when I "only" have a few of them. I'll read the other books soon 🤩
And I'm so excited about Jordan & Alessa, they are so very present in this book. I really love Alessa 😍

Wow!
This is a book that showed up as one I might like. I took a chance and bought it. I am SO happy I did.
The story is sweet, frustrating, sad and everything in between.
Adrestia meets Nash on a dare but even though the meeting was planned on Tia’s side, when they keep crossing paths after, it all seems so coincidental but more.
Nash finds Tia so refreshing and unique compared to other women, and after that kiss on a dare? Yeah, he’s hooked.
Miscommunications, stubbornness and meddling by a jealous third party make Nash and Tia’s relationship tougher than it should be.
Tia is hiding something from Nash and Nash is someone who isn’t trusting as much after his ex cheated on him and hurt him. Will Tia’s revelation be the straw that breaks the camels back? Will they have their happy ending?
The story is real, engaging and I didn’t want to put it down.
I’m glad I found this book and I’m looking for more stories by this author.
If you like a good and steamy romance, you need to read this book.

Adestria and Nash, be still my heart…
Another excellent rockstar romance by Chris Reilly. I started with Sky Full of Stars and not gonna lie, I freaking love Adam and the Breakneck crew. The Red Alert characters were woven through those books so I was also excited to know that this was a universe of characters that wasn’t going to end any time soon. I’m invested!
Adestria and Nash are not typical of the genre. They’re both hot and he’s definitely a rockstar but I’ve read a lot of RS romance and he’s just different. Never once did I want to throw the book across the room at their stupidity (which is good since I’m reading on my Kindle.) Nash (SHOCK) communicates! Adestria is an actual, self-realized adult. There’s mystery, angst and tears but no cheating and the HEA is beautiful. I was lucky enough to receive an ARC and now I'm waiting impatiently for Archer's book!

If you love a good rockstar romance book then this is for you.
Nash has all the rockstar looks however, he was in a committed longterm relationship with his childhood sweetheart Riley until he gets his heart broken. Nice to see the man broken hearted for a change.
Another book I have thoroughly enjoyed reading from this author. It was really good reading all about the rock group Red Alert, we’ve already had a little taster as some of the group have appeared in the Breakneck books. Electric Touch focuses on Nash and his new love interest Adrestia. As always with Chris Reilly, she brings you along for the ride as their relationship goes through all the ups and downs. This book made me feel happy, sad and emotional, (I even shed a tear or two), all credit to a fabulous author. Well worth a read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I absolutely loved this book! I am a big fan of the Breakneck series and it’s great to know that there are so many intertwining stories so that you always get a fix of your favourite characters whilst getting to know new ones. Adrestia is a wonderful lead in this story, with a unique and captivating take on life which totally compliments Nash. You so want these guys to have their HEA and without spoilers you’re not sure if they will make it. I also enjoyed seeing more of Jordan and Alessa’s relationship too so am wanting more of Breakneck but more of Red Alert too. Another triumph from this author that leaves me wanting more!

I was about to give it 4 stars but settled on 3 stars, maybe even 3.4 only because it got a bit of a drag as it hit 24/25th chapter and onwards and it made the end somehow lacking. I say this often where authors run out of ideas, more than few chapters sound like fillers when nothing spectacular is happening and intimate scenes get overused. Or the fact that finding the reason for Adrestia list took forever to be revealed which was a bit annoying, like those soap opera scenes. However, it's one of the better romance books I read this year. I like it better than BreakNeck series so far.

Enjoyed reading about Tia and Nash meeting and falling in love. Happy Red Alert is finally getting a chance to headline on tours. This story shows how Nash is devastated his longtime girlfriend cheats on him and she plays games not wanting him to be with anyone else. Tia has her act together and Nash falls for her. Tia has kept a secret of why she is doing a bucket list till almost the end of the book. Looking forward to reading next book in this series!

Nice story
I kept wondering what the mystery was. I knew it was sad. Nice romance. Was different as it was the guy who messed up and jumped to conclusions. Not sure if your doing the rest of the band. I never figured out Riley at all. She should have been let go.

Sweet book
I don't do spoilers. The basis around the two main characters was sad,but the book wasn't. It has a little of everything and will be that perfect book to curl up to with a blanket and a cup of something.
