Rate this book
Imagine, being the main dancer in a club, when you're asked to do an exclusive dance in one of the private rooms. You step into that room expecting the usual clientele only to be shocked by the man sitting before you.
You dance for him, with your masks firmly in place hiding your identity, and for some reason, this man has you craving him and pleasure, and you don't stop him when his fingers do far more than just touch.
The pleasure he gave you in those moments, follows and teases you all weekend. Before you decide to go home and see your family after years of avoiding them to keep your secrets hidden.
Harley has missed her father and his bike club, but she knows that her secrets are ones that will cause him to murder people.
Those secrets though are nothing, not when Harley finds herself face to face with her uncle Jasper and he tells her that she shouldn't call him uncle, and he explains a story to her of a club he visited a few nights before, where a beautiful dancer found pleasure around his fingers. That dancer is her.
While Jasper tries to keep his distance, the lure of forbidden love becomes too much. He knows touching his best friend's daughter, who had called him uncle growing up is a death sentence. Yet he can't stop himself.
Soon, Harley finds herself calling her Uncle Jasper, Daddy and becoming his submissive, and a few close calls have them think her dad is about to find out the truth.
Only Harley's past comes back, and as she tries to avoid it, it pushes into her life, and when she tries saving Jasper by walking away from him, her past has other ideas.
Harley finds herself screaming for her dad to stop, only to be dragged out of the club and the last thing she remembers is Jasper on the floor. Will he survive? Will her past win and take her back, and keep her locked away again, or will her daddy see the real devil and save her before it's too late?

Subjects that many steer away from through fear of others views. Her books are not for the faint of heart. Most feature aspects of BDSM, Polyamory, and often life issues, including mental health, addiction and abuse.

She writes things that can be seen as triggers, but her books also give lessons, teach people the signs of bad relationships. Reading is something that should broaden our horizons and open our minds.

Reading was never intended to easy, straightforward and reflect our own lives. Reading was intended to teach us things. Show us an insight into others lives, even if fictional, so when the day comes, we meet someone like the characters, we can relate. This is why many of Billiejo’s book features taboo subjects.

My Review
This book can definitely be considered dark. 🌑 At times, the female lead (FL) stressed me out—I kept asking myself, Why the hell isn’t she telling someone what this man did to her? 😩 But then it hit me: the story is written in a way that mirrors real life, where victims of abuse often don’t speak out because of fear, shame, or feeling trapped. That realization gave me a whole new perspective on her actions (or lack thereof).

The FL’s silence was frustrating at times, but it’s realistic. She feels powerless, like she has no control, and I eventually understood how deeply trapped someone in that situation must feel.

The Storyline

The story itself is captivating, though undeniably dark. The FL is in a toxic relationship where her partner sells her to other men. 😡 She eventually escapes, goes home, and starts a very hot 🔥 BDSM relationship with her father’s best friend—who also happens to be nearly twice her age. 👀

And oh boy, the chemistry between them is off the charts! The forbidden nature of their relationship and the way he helps her reclaim her sense of self had me hooked. Some of the dialogue between them? Let’s just say it’s unforgettable:

"I don't know, Daddy, I quite like randoms." 😏

"Oh, I really don't think you should call me uncle right now, baby girl. So, tell me, what made you so damn wet?" 🔥

"Baby girl, you're the oxygen I need." 🥰

Of course, things don’t stay smooth for long. The ex she fled from comes back, trying to destroy everything she’s built. The stakes are high, but it leads to a beautiful and satisfying ending.

What I Liked:

The realism: While it was tough to read at times, the way the author portrayed the FL’s fear and inability to speak out was raw and real. It gave insight into how abuse survivors feel trapped, even around loved ones. 💔

The forbidden romance: The FL’s relationship with her father’s best friend was intense, passionate, and emotional. It was dark but undeniably intriguing.

The quotes! Some of the lines had me blushing and gasping:

"Are you still breathing, Daddy, or shall I come do mouth-to-mouth while wearing it?" 😳

"Well, Daddy, I think if you're having to ask, maybe you have lost your touch, and I should call you master puppy?" 😅

What Frustrated Me:

The FL’s silence: While I understood it on a deeper level, it didn’t stop me from wanting to shake her and yell, Speak up! 🗣️ But again, that’s part of what makes this story so real.
The darkness: This isn’t necessarily a negative, but it’s worth noting that this book isn’t for everyone. If you struggle with understanding why abuse victims don’t always speak out, the FL might annoy you, and this book may not be your cup of tea.

Final Thoughts

This story is dark, emotional, and intense. It’s not for the faint of heart, but if you can handle it, it’s a rewarding read with a beautiful ending. The themes of reclaiming power, love, and trust are woven into a story that will leave you thinking long after you turn the last page.

And let’s be real—if the quotes don’t pull you in, the Daddy dynamic and the forbidden romance certainly will. 😈🔥

Okay, where do I start with this one?
The book brings real life into fiction.
The FL is the daughter of the motorcycle club owner, and is wild. She ends up in a relationship where she is sold out, and can't escape, is physically abused and such. (This isn't the main part of the story but her back story).
The story begins when she dances on a mans lap, both are wearing masks and well, she gets pleasure from him within a hidden room at the dance club, only to go home to her father that weekend, and guess who the guy was behind the mask?
Her fathers best friend.
I liked a lot:
The real aspect, she shows what is it is like to be abused and trapped and unable to speak out despite the opportunity is right there to speak out and ask for help *This is real life*
I like how her father is relentless in chasing away that first guy he sees as unworthy.
Love how close she is to her father.
The BDSM aspect, I like it. I like how he makes her go through the contract, tells her why she should, and how not reading a contract first is wrong.
I love that the BDSM side also included signals! Then also talking, aftercare all of that. He is a caring Daddy Domm.

poorly written

The book is written very poorly. Baby girl is in almost every other sentence. The story was decent and the poor quality was bearable until about halfway through and then I just couldn’t take it anymore. Sad to say I will not be finishing it. I tried, I really did but there was about a thousand babygirls too many.

Wow

What an amazing book. This is a great story but it should have a warning, Especially with the things that happened with her ex. Anyone who has been through that would be triggered. But thank god she strung him to get pass it.
