I wasn't quite sure what I was reading to begin with and I am not sure I am happy with how I felt after finishing this book but I'll give it this, it was a different take on anything I have read recently. 3/5 stars
an easy book to read, however it has you questioning the characters sanity quite quickly. The plot of the story is good, 2 sisters take a trip to the other side of the world just to be in the middle of not one but 3 terrorist attacks all whilst falling in love with the secret CIA agents that are working the case. There were some really laughable bits but the characters could be quite repetitive and become quite annoying with all the self-deprivation they were in.
If adventurous and fast-paced romance is your thing then this is definitely the book for you.

I got this book free on Stuff your kindle day. I'm glad it was free, because I wouldn't want to buy it. It just wasn't that good. Two sisters take a trip to London and fall into one terrorist attack after another, and falling in love over a man she met on a bus. The terrorism plot was good and believable, and taking place in London was interesting to read of all the tourist vacation must see /do tourist attractions.
The title of the story really doesn't have much to do with the book and while it is easy to read, there just is not a lot to say about it.
So I got this book for free on stuff your kindle day. It was actually quite ridiculous and unbelievable but slightly entertaining nonetheless. Two sisters take a trip to London and fall into terrorist attack after terrorist attack all the while falling head over heels with a man she met on bus.🙄 Fine for a free book but I wouldn’t buy it.
I don’t have many books on my DNF list but this one made it. I could have stopped at chapter 2 but wanted to give it a chance. Couldn’t get past chapter 16. Terrible writing style, horrible plot line, the main character was annoying, the whole thing in itself was unrealistic and not believable in the slightest. Hard pass.
the terrorism plot line was really interesting, however the romance moved way to quickly and the title doesn’t really have anything to do with the story expect that she’s tired of always being a bridesmaid and the things that accompany that role
Honestly SUCH an easy read, I read it in one day! Got this book on load your kindle day. Such a wild book that was soooo unrealistic but I was very engaged and it makes me want to keep reading, so I give it a 4/5! I loved the thriller/romance aspect!
I enjoyed the clean romance as Julia and her sister were caught in several life-threatening adventures. I recommend this book for the young adult reader.
Finished on Audible in a day. Very sweet, ultimately satisfying romance, based on the whole "always a bridesmaid, never a bride" trope, but getting to the happy ending is basically torture. Not gonna lie. It's dated insofar as the characters rely on ATMs to get cash and go to cyber cafes to send/check emails, but who cares, love is timeless. Also, it's just interesting to revisit the geopolitical realities that existed in the early 2000s. If I have any complaints, I guess it's that for a good part of the book, the girl and the guy are separated by circumstances, physically and emotionally estranged. I found myself kinda sad at the end, even with the happy ending, just because there was so little actual interaction between them. I don't know. I guess I just wanted more fluff. :)
