Alphas Plus One #1

And Omega Makes Four

Rate this book
Three alphas created their own pack to do things their way. They didn't need an omega to create their chosen family.

But when a small wolf escapes a forced marriage, he finds himself right in the middle of an even tenser environment.

Not because he wasn't interested in the three alphas individually, but because he didn't know it was possible for them to all build a family together.

ok

I think the story was weird but ok. I honestly think it would’ve been better if they had made Devon an omega or a beta it would contrast better with his personality or made him more brave. Kyle has this whole weird relationship with Devon and Frankie before river where they’re together but at the same time they also sleep with other people which makes me believe that the love the 3 alphas have isn’t as deep nor believable as it’s read to be. Frankie is the more responsible one but I felt like he should’ve been the pack alpha. He might not be the strongest but he is the most level headed and responsible one. River is this meek omega who has no knowledge of the world outside his compound. He does bring everyone together in a way but I feel as though he isn’t needed. I can’t put my finger on it but the level each one feels for one another doesn’t compliment one another. Something just feels lost in all the relationship, there is no harmony and each one doesn’t bring out something to compliment one another.

River / Frankie / Kyle / Devon (MMMM)

This started out as an alright read, though had it been any longer than it is I might have DNF’d as I just wasn’t invested.

There was very little world building here, so i have s lot of questions. Is poly relations normal in this world? What actually happened to cause the three alias to run? Where do the hunters fit into this?

Then we hit the 60% ish mark and it went downhill… the air took the easy way out in the spicy scenes with no prep or lube needed. The omega didn’t act surprised at all with the 3 alpha being together, despite it being mentioned previously that it was a bit taboo. And then what do you mean he just forgave his parents for all that shit that he ran from, and his dad did a 180 in personality?! The whole sudden actually the omega leads the pack came out of left field and made very little sense.

Yeah, this wasn’t it for me unfortunately.

It's okay.

Honestly, the book started fine and while there are some semblance of 3D characters, the characters still feel off. What made me give 3 stars is the sudden switch up at the climax. I understand that the writer's wanted a twist but the ending had so many plot holes, I could drive a truck through them.

SPOILERS.

River's father went from tyrannical to subservient with little push. I'd expected some sort of fight but no.

Rivers mother just appeared out of the blue and she's revealed to be the true leader of the pack. There should be some mention somewhere that omega's lead the pack or some hint but nothing of the sort.

The alpha River was engaged to also vanished as soon as he was introduced and honestly the ending felt rushed.

This book is okay for a light read but it doesn't give much character development or engaging plot.

COMFORTING & BEAUTIFUL

This is my first time reading these Authors. I've seen their names so many times but just recently found them in my TBR. ARIA GRACE and BECCA DIRK gave me a BEAUTIFUL story of a reverse harem that I don't normally read. Alphas Kyle, Frankie and Devon practically run over a fleeing Omega. River has just escaped his pack and their plans for him. These three strong Alphas are going to do what they can for this Amazing brave young man. I really enjoyed this Book. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!!!

This book was okay. The story was kind of rushed so I didn't feel the love that they were supposed to have for each other. Plus, the author focused more on the alpha's relationship with each other so their relationship with the omega felt kind of force and maybe even unnecessary. Also, River (the omega) was sheltered growing up and didn't know how to do anything but suddenly becomes a "natural" leader was a bit too unbelievable for me.

Have To Run

River has to run. There’s no way he is staying. When he is almost run over by a car River is shocked not only from the almost accident but also from the three guys in the car. Devon, Kyle, and Frankie have been running for a long time when fate would have they accidentally almost hit River. He joins them and their adventure begins together. This is a story well written, MMMM, and can make you think if you listen to the characters. 5 stars ⭐️💜

Three travelling alphas come across an omega running from his pack. This was ok - there were lots of bits that didn't really tie up for me like his parents were so bad to start with but then it's like, they just got bad and now they are getting better - well that's ok then. It kind of felt like two pieces of a different puzzle that are being forced together. It wasn't bad but I know in a few days I won't remember anything about it.

Merp

Okay but nothing spectacular. More focused on the politics of packs than the relationship between MMCs. No real deep conversation that would explain why they care about each other. Not even fated mates.

Queer paranormal shifter ABO romance. Fast read with bland and mundane character development. Almost rated it two stars but the ending wrapped up so neatly that it was jarring. Poor editing and grammar to the point of distraction.

DNF at 42%...

It was ok until that out of place intimate scene, I know people have different ways to deal with uncertainty and pressure but I just couldn't keep on reading. The way it developed didn't feel natural at all, the flow of the story was ruined for me.

Good....

But somehow felt incomplete like 2 major plot points were not fully resolved. Not having that resolution made the ending not as fulfilling as it should have been.

great

A really great omegaverse storyline with a happy ever after ending . Loved the twist and I’m glad to say I didn’t see that coming . Highly recommended

This just got worse and worse, which is a shame because it started out promising.

The dad's 180?

The horrifically written sex scenes?
