2.5 stars rounded down.

There were a few things about this I liked, such as the emphasis on the importance of balanced hormones and also on the underdiagnosis of hypothyroidism. However, there were a lot of other things that just felt... honestly very off. The chapters on women's health, pregnancy, fibromyalgia, and ADHD were really frustrating.

The other issue I had was that it was a very "toxins are evil and everywhere" vibe. Like do your best on those but this seemed very "grow and make everything yourself, if you buy it it's bad" as well.

This book probably should have stopped right before he started talking about the above mentioned sections, tbh
