Set seven years after the original, ‘An uncertain Christmas’ allows us to reacquaint ourselves with Ebeneezer Scrooge as he goes through some of the formative experiences of his young life. At nineteen years old, Scrooge is once again feeling happy and positive - both his relationship with Belle and work with Fezziwig have left him counting him his blessings as he looks set to put difficult childhood experiences behind him once and for all. Unfortunately, the introduction of a new mentor, a certain Jacob Marley, looks set to change the course of his life (and those around him) forever.

Part two of a series of short stories that looks to develop the early life and times of Ebenezer Scrooge walking the reader through some of his most significant and life-changing experiences. Lovers of 'A Christmas Carol' will view this series as the ultimate tribute to the best Christmas story ever told.
