I came across this series a few days ago and have absolutely binged it since, I love this series!!
I did think it would conclude by book 4 so I was disappointed to find it is currently unfinished and can’t find any info as to how many books are actually planned or when the next will be released as an entire book as she releases it chapter by chapter on her Patreon and an app called Radish.

Fingers crossed it’s in the near future as I need to see Oak come back as a man, Alastor and Goldie be re-united and actually figure out what the hell the circle is even doing.

I thought this was the last book in the series and now I am left on a terrible cliffhanger 😅😭😭 this is such a good series and I’m excited to continue it! Alastor is my love and I’m certain Marigold will find a way to break free of Vela’s hold. This was very fast paced and I moved quickly through it. It captivated me and this might have been my favorite of the series so far!

I enjoyed this book. we got a lot of esmer and octavian this book but it was nice to see their love blossom. i am curious is he’s going to end up staying a manticore or change back and what will finally cause him to change back. also will he feel the same way as esmer does!? im enjoying issac and novalee. screw willadora. i still love alastor and marigold. they FINALLY get together!!! the love they have for each other is palpable. i want to experience that. also i wonder who the fourth stone was? was it theador? anyways, if alastor is dead we’re going to have some real problems. also what’s up with deric, i knew our trust could only last so long. the only thing that bugged me was o thought the series was completed. so i was wondering all book how ember was going to wrap everything up but then i found out it wasn’t completed and now im sad. but i will be ready the fifth book..:)

The third book had me worried that this story was just going to go on forever and not actually make any meaningful progress. But this book was fantastic and was definitely my favorite of the series. The plot moved, the story was fun and exciting the whole time, and we got Isaac POVs at the end! And I learned that I really love Isaac.

I will say, in terms of negatives, this book definitely had the most editing/grammatical errors of the series, but even then, it wasn't enough to detract from the reading experience. It was just very noticable since the first 3 books were very well edited.

I read books 1-4 within a couple weeks and have a definite book hangover now. I can't wait for book #5.

the whole series

I loved the series. I think I read all the books in about two weeks. The author brought life not just to the main characters but to the supporting characters as well. I started with the first one because it was free, but by the end, I couldn't help myself and continued on with the rest of the series. I hope the next book comes out soon. Can't wait to see what happens with all of the characters. I would recommend this book to anybody who likes a little bit of suspense, a little bit of romance, and of course a little bit of magic.

This was a tough one to rate. I loved one of the storylines but didn’t really care about the other, and the pacing between them felt uneven throughout the book. That said, many of the characters are reunited by the end, which has me very excited for the next installment even though there’s no expected publication date yet. Still loving this series :)

I'm enjoying this series so much. I'm a little worried I can't find a book 5 and it's been a few years since this one was published. Hopefully, the sequel comes soon 🤞

I have the entire series up to this book. It's currently left on a cliffhanger so I'm anxious for the conclusion. That said, this book destroyed me in the best way! Alastor, super swoon worthy, iykyk. 🥰 The whole series is so GOOD. I devoured the entire series in a week. I hope you enjoy it.
