خلصة رواية ( باستيان/Bastian)
جميلله جميله جميله جميله جميله جميلهه اتعب وأنا امدح!!! والصدمه ان الكاتبه هي نفس الكاتبة لرواية (The problematic prince)!!!! إلي قريت المانهوا حقتها قبل فترة! وهي كمان فعلييييياً تجننن ولاحظت الكاتبه عندها الحبكة مضبوطه والقصص مو خيالية (ما عندي مشكلة مع شوي خيال في القصص الرومنسيه بس عجبني كيف اعتمدت عالواقعييه فقط عكس باقي الروايات الكورية الي منتشرة زي كذا حاليا) وابطالها واقعيين مره وكل شئ واضح، والتسلسل!!!!!! مو بس رائع الي بعده تحس كل شئ يمشي وفق تسلسل مضبوط حتى تجي احداث توجع القلب واقول ليش يصير كذاا!! بعدين الكاتبة تصدمك وتحس اوه كويس اجل صار! ههههههههه.
بعطيكم نبذة بدون حرق للاحداث وبتكون فقط اساسيات حياتهم قبل ولادتهم حتى ونصيحه مني لا تشوفون المانهوا لانها مختصرييييييين ومخربينها شوي على اني حفظت المانهوا بسبب الرسامة لاني احبها وسوت عمل مشهور من قبل يعرفونه اغلب حقين المانهوا بس بنفس الوقت ما يوصل زي خيالي في الرواية وللاسف شوي الترجمة بالموقع على انها كويسة بس مو مره واضحه في بعض الاحيان.
النبذة هي عن البطل والبطلة إلي عرفوا من صغرهم كيف إن الحب هو اسوء شئ ممكن يصير في حياة الانسان وكيف إن الحب ممكن يدمر حياة الشخص وحياة الي حوله واطفالهم بسبب انانيته، البطلة الي ولدت وكانت أمها فيما سبق أميرة إمبراطوريه تخلت عن واجبها بالزواج من ولي عهد البلد المجاور وإلي كانوا بيكوّنون تحالف عظيم بالنسبة للبلدين لإيقاف الحرب، إلا إنها قررت ان تهرب مع حبيبها "والد البطله" الدوق، ولكن الامبراطور غضب أشد الغضب فقرر نفيهم وإزالة مستحقاتهم ومناصبهم فأصبحوا فقراء من عامة الناس بلا أملاك في بلد مجاور ومع الوقت حاولوا التعايش كعائله إلا ان والد البطلة الذي لم يكن ناجحاً حتى في حياته كدوق كان يفشل ويتعرض للاحتيال حتى زاد فقرهم اكثر وحتى ان والد البطلة انجب من أحد الخادمات طفلة غير شرعيه فكان الندم يتزايد مع الوقت ويستمر كلما مر الزمن على والدة البطلة الاميرة المنفيه، ندمت والدة البطلة على حماقتها في صغرها وكانت تشتاق دائما لمنزلها وتطارد حلماً كالسراب الى أن ماتت، بعدها اصبح والد البطله سكيراً مقامراً وأصبح يُعرف بالدوق المتسول وتسمى هي بالأميرة المتسوله!
أما عن البطل فقد تزوج والده من والدته وقد أحبوا بعضهم بشدة وكان زواجهم رسمياً لا تشوبه شائبه وقد كانَ كلاهما ابناء تجار من عامة الناس إلا أن جشع والده بالقوة والسلطه كان فوق ما يسمى الحب فقد أحبت إحدى النبيلات والده وسعت إلى خراب منزلهم وحملت بطفل منه ووعدته هي ووالدها النبيلين بإنه إن تزوجها وتخلى عن زوجته بأن يكون له وريث نبيل وأن يدخل ضمن قائمة النبلاء، فتخلى والده عن والدته الحامل بطفلته وقام بتركها من اجل عشيقه من عائلة نبيلة ستقوم برفع أسمه وانجاب له وريث من النبلاء! ولكن أم البطل ضلت يائسه وتحاول بكل الوسائل لأنها أحبته كثيرا ورغم أنه كان من الأفضل الابتعاد من اجل اطفالها ومن اجلها الا إنها استمرت في المحاولة فقررت عشيقة والده النبيلة بقتل والدته الحامل.
هنا يكبر البطل بعد ان تعرض للعديد من الاساءات والعنف من والده وزوجة والده الى السعي للانتقام وتسعى البطلة الى محاولة إيجاد الحياة الكريمة والكرامة رغم الفقر فتتشابك الأحداث فيجبرون على بعضهم ويؤذون بعضهم بشدة.

a lot of ppl on tiktok hate bastian but honestly there are way worse characters out there (looking straight at leon and matthias). bastian is flawed, and what he did to odette will never be okay — i’m not forgiving that. but you also can’t ignore the trauma and the darkness he grew up with. what i love about him is that yes, he’s handsome, but more than that he provides. he takes care of odette in ways she never experienced, especially after a lifetime of her taking care of everyone else.
my biggest frustration with this book is the 99 percent miscommunication trope. i’ve never been a fan because i genuinely believe relationships work with actual conversations. and these two? girly, they refuse to speak for over a hundred chapters. but weirdly… i get the beauty of it now. i still don’t love the trope, but i finally understand why it hits so hard.
usually i get bored once the main couple gets together because i’m all about the tension, the longing, the journey before the confession. but with bastian and odette? i never got bored. when they finally opened up, especially those letters during the war — that was peak romance. that was them falling in love the right way.
bastian is a red flag, absolutely. his reaction to odette’s “betrayal” was insane. but he grows. he bleeds. he learns. and odette — my princess — i never hated you. not once. even your worst choices made sense. your softness, your strength, your grace… you carried this story.
so yes, 4 stars, fully deserved.

Totally a waste of my time. I now know why the manwha was cancelled because there is no way the wider audience would tolerate this slop. The ml rap*es the fl and does all the horrible things that can be done to a human being and faces no repercussion. What bothers me more than the storyline ia my time wasted, please give my time back. I feel like the author is ragebaiting since there is no way one could write this gutter trash and feel like theu have accomplished something. The things people do fir money, and so proud of it too. It is evident from how she introduced herself on goodreads. Anyway if u are reading this author, u inpired me to write my own stories because, whatever anyone writes is bound to be better than this. And if this person can publish this disgusting misogynistic insanity of a story, surely i can suceed in life too.

Stopped reading at chapter 160. Most irredeemable male lead I've read in a long time. Disgusting pos, what the female lead did, did not in any way deserve the amount of suffering the male lead inflicted upon her. At this point he deserves no redemption and I don't want to read anymore cause he will inevitably be forgiven, ugh so nasty. SPOILER - not only does he brutally rape her every night to get her pregnant to steal her child, he even sleeps with another woman after realising he is possibly in love with the female lead. so disgusting.

Odette and Bastian's story.
His name means exactly what he was willing to do for Odette.
Bastian was immediately draw to Odette. On contrary of the other women around him she is not trying or faking it. Odette has too much pride and prefer to do everything her way.
Bastian even not been a noble is a high rank officer who is very respected by the society. Bastian is not shy to beg and appease to gain what he wants or give to others.
Most part of the book we do not see the real Bastian only with his (fake) wife, anyways slowly he dreams of a life where there is no revenge against his father and his stepmother. His revenge was poor executed and the destiny of those who did him was meek.
The book is heavily focus on the couple which sometimes make the narrative weak. Odette was very consistent throughout the storyline and yet their reconcilliation lost the appealing because we did not see them fall back in love after their divorce.

mengesampingkan hal2 yang morally wrong di sini (trigger warning: rape), tapi aku menyukai turning point bastian. cukup well-written. i might recommend it tapi harus hati2 karna ada hal2 immoral. jadi aku harap semoga yang baca juga yang bisa bedain fiksi dan realita. what stay in fiction ya cukup di fiction. dan aku menyukai penggambaran deskripsi dari solche-nim. dari semua karya solche-nim, bastian favoritku untuk segi character developmentnya.

Personalmente, creo que deberían de liberar a las protagonistas femeninas de escritores coreanos, el hecho de que se enamoren del protagonista a pesar de la cantidad de abus*s (física y emocionalmente) que ellas sufren de parte ellos y tener que aceptarlo porque ellos cambian o sus acciones son “justificadas” y siempre si las aman y luchan por ellas… me entristece. He leído mucho romances tóxicos pero estos me superan.
