The Indefinite
“What if Hell comes in a shiny box?”
It started out simply enough, with the delivery of a small shiny box.
Soon it would become a cosmic danger that threatened an entire town.
The victims were often the most innocent, and it is apparent that the local officials and the Federal Investigators know much more than they are telling.
Detective Joe Kopher has another mystery to solve, and the circumstances of the murders are remarkably similar to an unsolved series of annihilations he encountered across the pond when he was visiting his British relatives the previous Christmas.

Awesome spooky Halloween Mystery story!
Who knew a tiny shiny box could do such damage? A small town started having more problems than usual. A matter of fact, they out did the big cities, but why all of a sudden? Halloween came and it seemed that all problems had stopped and parents were letting their kids go Trick or Treating, some with no parents, but maybe an older sibling. The teenagers had a party planned in the cemetery, with beer and live music. Then a strange fog came into town and all hell let loose.

Wow what a creepy book this was!! It's sure putting me into spooky season!! This dynamic duo has done it again!!
The characters were awesome!! I enjoyed reading and getting to know them, though it wasn't for long.
The storyline was incredible!! It's very well written and has some pretty scary moments to it. This book isn't for the faint of heart but if you like spooky and suspense then I highly recommend it.

I just love P Mattern and L Gauthier, the duo is explosive! Prepare for a thrilling spooky read. A package, a murder and it’s Christmas time. Detective just wants a nice quiet holiday season with some snow. A thrilling spooky read that kept my toes curled and the covers close by! I loved every second and I’m off to read the next P Mattern book! Happy reading 📕
