Not what I thought it would be. I would have liked a book of activities to do and ideas to use in life. What Rudd has provided us with, is, a book of short essays and poems written by the author, better known for books on Christian prayer. I should have researched him better, and reading the essays I had a suspicion this was what they usually wrote; they weren't showing the sort of insight those who write on nature religion / spirituality usually have. It does feel like one sort of religion (Christianity) trying to cross into another (paganism / nature religion / nature spirituality) and cash in on that popularity at the moment.
