A very quick and easy read to be introduced to the IFS (Internal Family Systems) approach to therapy. A good book for self-reflection and acquiring a new approach to feeling more grounded in your body. The key: approach problems and conflicts with your Self. Seek to tap into the Self Energy. Do this by becoming unblended; speak for your Parts, not from your Parts.
