A very quick and easy read to be introduced to the IFS (Internal Family Systems) approach to therapy. A good book for self-reflection and acquiring a new approach to feeling more grounded in your body. The key: approach problems and conflicts with your Self. Seek to tap into the Self Energy. Do this by becoming unblended; speak for your Parts, not from your Parts.

Being with your true self can be tricky. This book tries to teach you how to do that. It uses weird terms that I think will annoy some, or make them roll their eyes, get over that and just try to learn what the book is teaching.
