Twenty-year-old Serena’s world is perfect. Her childhood friend Marco, has made romantic moves; her career as a fashion designer, is looking promising and life in general is great. That is until she accidentally overhears Marco belittling her to a colleague.
Hurt and desperate to put distance between her and Marco, Serena runs – attempting to put her life back together in a new city with a new Fashion Label.
Four years later Serena falls chronically ill and makes an extended visit to her mother, bringing her into direct daily contact with Marco. Stubbornness, mistrust, U.S.T. and a growing catalog of presumptions, escalate their strange relationship to almost comical proportions as they bring out the worst in each other.

A nice easy read, providing lots of smiles and few giggles. I did not relate to the main female character, but felt completely at ease as a spectator on her thoughts.
