Entertaining mystery listening 🎧🎶
This kindle e-book novella is from my Kindle Unlimited account book 7 of 10.
Flora goes to the bathroom in the morning to find it flooded by a leak under the vanity. She calls Grady who helps her shut the water off. Her friend is coming over but has not arrived. Then a phone call from the friend ask her to pick her up. The friend has hit a dead man. It is the owner of the hardware store where Grady works. What happened? What about Grady's job? Flora and Grady find the truth leading to the arrest and a happy ending.
I would highly recommend this series and author to readers of romantic family and friends relationship adventure mystery novels. 2024 👒😀😡🐈

This was the seventh in the new Real Estate Rescue cozy mystery series. Flora Abner is working on fixer-upper in Warbler, Kentucky. Her spare bathroom sink is leaking bad. She has to turn the water off to her fixer-upper in order to get it fixed. Her best friend is heading over to help her out when she hits someone. But the person was already dead. Who could have done it? Flora and her friends put their heads together to figure it out. And they need to do it quickly since gossip in a small town can ruin reputations. It’s always fun to escape for a short period and read about Flora and her new life in a small town. This one really had me wondering whodunnit right up until the end. Great quick cozy mystery!

I felt so bad for poor Violet when people started rumors that she’d killed the man she’d hit who was already dead when her car hit him. It wasn’t surprising to find out who in the town started the rumor either. I wasn’t totally sure whodunit but I had a random idea that turned out right. I never would’ve guessed the details about it. I really liked that Grady and Flora were gonna have a new venture together too and can’t wait to read more and see how that goes.

Another strong addition to the series
Flora has finished the window project and was making good progress until she woke up to find a leaking pipe flooding the bathroom. Violet and Grady offer to help but violet has a car accident on her way over. From there the mystery takes off with lots of twists and turns with a surprise ending. A fun read.

Flora thought she managed tpo head another disaster as she replacef her windows before a storm hits. But the storm manages to highlight that her pipes are leaking. While clean up her newmess, her friend gets into a car accident but the driver was already dead,

Great addition to a fun series! The storyline is engaging and the book is fast paced. The mystery was well plotted and kept me guessing. I love these character. They are people I would want as my friends in good times and bad. A very satisfying read.
