He was the boy next door, my escape from my splintered home. I fell in love with him too early, thought about him too much, and hoped for something he could never give me–a fairytale. He pushed me away, but I followed. I chased the ghost of Cain Donovan across the country, heart racing for him and him alone. Eventually, I did find him–right where he told me to look. What I saw shattered me beyond comprehension, and I decided I was done. The last thing I expected was for him and the leaders of Oasis, the street racing hub of St. Louis, to show up. Months later, we were all in danger, and the feelings I thought I’d let go of were re-surfacing. I didn’t know what to face first: Cain Donovan or the Bratva he used to be part of.
Cain
She was the girl next door, my escape from a broken home. I didn’t like her at first, but really, what little boy would like a bossy girl in a yellow dress covered in clovers? She became a sanctuary–my best friend. Night after night, after Mom stopped cussing and hitting, I climbed through her window. Years passed, we grew up, and suddenly, that little girl with the wild hair was a beautiful woman—one I couldn’t have. So I left, and I didn’t expect her to follow. I pushed her away–again. I succeeded: she stayed away, and it hurt like a bitch. My brother needed an ally, and I lost years of my life repaying a debt he couldn’t. When I finally managed to break free, I raced to find a life worth living, and Oasis became my home. The last thing I expected was to find my clover girl. My boys wanted her at Oasis, and she went, acting like I didn’t exist. Then, she got hurt, and it changed everything. Whether she wanted me or not, I would always protect her. I just needed to stop loving her first.
Brittany is an author of suspenseful, roller coaster romances with a sprinkle of dark on top!
Brittany has dreamed of being an author since she was fourteen years old. You would always be able to find her with her nose buried in a book or scribbling down stories in old notebooks. Today, she is living her dream by writing epic love stories with morally gray MMCs and strong FMCs. She is extremely grateful for every single one of her readers.
The Batter Up Series is her debut series and is the foundation of her fictional world. She is big fan of interconnected stories and loves creating her own that her readers will be obsessed with. Brittany has just published The Langston Brothers Duet and The Burnout Series, a spin-off of the BU series. She is about to publish a dark bounty hunter romance that's set in this wild world, which is on releasing 08/26/2024.

Sometimes, characters are so well written that before you even realise it, they've snuck their way into your heart and you're completely invested in what happens next. From the moment Cain was introduced as a side character, I knew that his story would ultimately be one of the most impactful in this storyverse, and I'm so glad to say that I LOVED IT! This book was an amazing way to wrap up not just the Burnout series, but also the main characters of the Batter Up series and I felt every emotion by the end.
As to be expected with Author Brittany Ann's writing, the main characters have a significant back story and both their trauma and healing are openly displayed. Prepare to have your heart broken and put back together again, more than once!
This is a street racing x mafia series, but does link back into her dark cowboy & baseball x mafia series also so expect violence coupled with all the 🔥
I've read all 10 of Brittany Ann's and can't wait to read the duet she's currently working on, which will focus on bounty hunter Grayson!
No spoilers. Thank you Brittany Ann for an advance copy of this book. I am leaving this review voluntarily.
WOW! I could not wait to read this one after the cliffhanger from book 2! This book did not disappoint at all. I greatly appreciate the back story between Cain and Dominique (Nikki), it really answered questions between the tension of these two. I am sad that this is the final book of this series, but honestly it was ended on a good note for the characters. I felt like this book really wrapped it up in a bow for this series. Don’t let that fool you though, you will have all the emotions and be destroyed through everything that happens in this book, as Brittany says “it is apart of the process”. But at the end it will be worth it. I think this one may be my favorite out of this series.
Would I recommend this? YES! If you are okay with the trigger warnings this series is a must read.
CAIN IS DADDY!!! I have been waiting for his story and I knew I was going to love him! He has such a filthy mouth and an attitude about him that I just love! The FMC is a strong woman with determination fueling her. This is a childhood friends to lovers and their back story and history just pulled at all my heart strings!!! This is book 3 in the Burnout Series and you do need to read books 1&2. This had so many great cameos from other books written by the author and they all came together in a great ending! There is so much more to this story than street racing and that’s what I love about this series!
Just finished Full Throttle by the very talented Brittany Ann @authorbrittanyann_ and I was not ready for it! It is the 3rd book in her burnout series. It follows Cain and Dominque. They were childhood friends all the way until Cain was 18 and broke Dominque’s heart they haven’t seen each in years and the end up in the same street racing gang. I loved this book love the spice. Loved the plot the ending everything. I cannot wait until the next book of hers. She is one of my go to authors. If you haven’t read any of her books start with Langston brothers series and they are mentioned in her burnout series you don’t have to but I recommend that.
I am at a loss of words, that is how good this book is!
Nikki has finally found a home at Oasis, but her childhood crush is also there too and there is deep history between them both that they are ignoring.
Cain doesn’t want Nikki there or at Oasis but he doesn’t have a say, but secretly he like her being there because he can watch over her, especially after her car exploding with her in it.
While trying to co-exist, memories from their past keep coming back up, and everyone can tell that they should be together but they are fighting it.
Since I read Breakneck, I have been intrigued with Cain and Brittany did NOT disappoint! Cain and Dominique’s story is a beautifully torturous one filled with sweet gestures, broken homes, found family, and found love. Cain is a guy who loves building and taking apart machines to make them work. He is creative, passionate, and possessive. Dominique is someone who moved in next door to him when she was 7. She is smart, stubborn, determined, and head over heels for him. She is also very talented in street racing. I highly recommend reading the first two books in the series before starting this one. It’s completely worth it!!!
I refuse to believe this is the ending of the series 😭😭😭 I also was not expecting this book to make me cry
Since the moment Cain and Nikki were introduced in the other books I was dying to get my hands on their story. They were so in denial about how they thought the other one was feeling about them it became funny. It was clear to everyone that those two are meant to be.
They had a lot of passion, chemistry and love.
“You never have to beg for me. You’ve had me from the moment you climbed into my window,” There truly no denying how much they loved each other. Once they let everything out and had a conversation and finally got together it was AMAZING. Even them just giving each other a simple sweet kiss had me smiling.
Now the big problem was solved, thank God. I felt like this was a really nice and wrapped up ending to this entire series. It didn't feel rushed and from what I could tell there was no loose ends. Glad all the characters got their happy ending and happy to see characters from the BU series. I'm always happy to see my man Collin.
Cain and Dominique comin’ in hot ya’ll!! The angst, spice, and dirty mouth on my new favorite blondie made this book! Definitely my favorite of the 3!
Everything about this book was perfect! I love when an author can take me in the emotional rollercoaster of life. And to wrap it up in the most perfect way!! Brittany you didn’t damn thing with this series and I can’t wait to see what else you have in store!!
What to expect: long lost childhood bff's possessive MMC street racer vs street racer mafia involvement touch her & 💀 found family
Love Fast N the Furious? Love Mafia? Love a bad ass FMC? Love a swoony/possessive MMC?
LOOK NO FURTHER!
This is book 3 in the Burnout series following the Oasis Crew, and damn was it a good one. I’m obsessed with Cain. This book was an emotional one and had all the angst I expect from Brittany, but along with all that…she writes some of the hottest spice ever. In all her books there is a found family aspect I adore. All in all, just wonderful!
I couldn’t ask for more in a read and I think you should definitely give her a read.
Full Throttle ARC Review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️ I’m so grateful to be on her street team & out of my mind happy to get the ARC!
Full Throttle is the final book of The Burnout series It follows Cain & Dominique story, which I was so curious about when I read the first 2 books. And it did not disappoint! I love a good childhood friends story 😭 All the freaking feels. Nikki- she’s such a badass FMC, but with a heart of gold 💛 Cain- ugh he’s my new book boyfriend 🥵 I love a protective & obsessed man!
Tropes:
🏁Childhood Friends 💛Stalking 🏁Street Racing 💛Found Family 🏁 Dual POV 💛Mafia 🏁Bad Ass FMC 💛Obsessive, Protective MMC
💛 Possessive MMC 🏁 Mafia Involvement 💛 Street Racer vs. Street Racer 🏁 Childhood BSF 💛 Badass FMC
The way this wrapped up the whole series and Brittany universe is.. 😩✨️ I was heartbroken when I found out this was the last book in the Burnout Series. Totally wish we got more of Daddy Cain and his Oasis family, but his and Niks back story was told in an amazing way, and I couldn't have loved this story more. It's definitely one of my favorites! 🫶🏻 This book had spice, bad guys, found family, and amazing chemistry 🥵 Loved seeing the mentioned of the cowboys from the Langston Brothers Duet and the appearance of Dean, Gwen and Collin (my favorites characters from the Batter Up series) 🤤
Can't wait for what Brittany comes out with next! I'll be first in line to read it within a day ‼️
*clears throat, takes big breath* HAPPY RELEASE DAY TO MY GIRL!!!!!! It’s always so damn good to be back in the Brittany-Ann verse.
This is book 3 of the Burnout Series and it follows my most anticipated man, Cain Donovan. 😍 he’s quiet, a bit mysterious, very broody, but has blonde hair and tattoos? Say less, bby.
He’s a very broken boy. He’s never really known love in any capacity, except what he felt for the little girl who lived across the street when they were kids. They were each other’s salvation, and they didn’t realize how much until now that they’ve been forced to reconnect as adults.
He’s apart of the Oasis Crew, and Nikki is their latest recruit. She’s a bad a s s female racer, who he does NOT want around. Too many old feelings between them. But when the crew embraces her as family, what choice does he have?
The angst and tension in this one? You can cut with a butter knife. 😮💨 my body was TENSE for most of the book. There’s just so much action! But also… there’s spice. 😏🫨 when he told her to call him “daddy” I nearly hit the floor!!
I love Nikki & Cain so much. They’re two broken hearts and souls that are able to come back together and have their second shot for a HEA. 😭❤️🩹
Tropes: 2 street racers • childhood friends > enemies > lovers • possessive MMC • it’s always been you • mafia adjacent • angsty • light stalkíng
Thank you so so much Brit for letting me be on your team and read this gem early!!
Are you ready for the very last chapter of the Oasis street racers gang? Cain will steal your heart away.
BLURB Cain and Dominique were childhood sweethearts and best friends but soon enough got separated with Cain breaking Dominique's heart. Years later Cain is the smirking rascal working as a street racer at Oasis and that's when he meets Dominique again: she's always beautiful and she still has his heart. And while they bicker and avoid each other's feeling, something from the past put them all in danger.
I'll be totally honest with you, I was pretty biased from the very beginning because I was in love with Cain even before his book, I simply couldn't wait for his story and he didn't disappoint me at all! He's not only gorgeous in a Paul Walker way, but he has morals, he's strong and valiant and would do anything for his friends and family.
And Dominique, well, she's a feisty and incredibly brilliant fmc! I loved their dialogues and the way they try to avoid each other, I loved how Cain is protective towards her. It will be incredibly difficult to leave this world of passion and adrenaline.
Thank you for the ARC opportunity, Brittany, you're the sweetest, prettiest author ever and I love the way you write your dreams and give them to us!

And that is how you end a series.. It feels like we have waited for forever for Cain & Nikki, now that they are here it is bittersweet. Combining racing, romance, mafia/bratva and everything that falls under those is what made this book everything and more.
How do I even put into words that could describe Cain or even Nikki for that matter? I latched onto Cain when he first appeared on the scene and I didn't let go once, and I won't. I thought no one could take Leons spot out of this family but Cain is it, he's number 1. Nikki, this bad ass chick takes no shit from no one especially the one person that she never ever expected to see again. The one she has loved for all of her life, she doesn't want to.
How can you let go of the person that you loved for so long that it always hurts?
I knew this one was going to hurt. Not just from Cain but from Nikki too. Cains past and the why behind everything that he is, gutted me. He comes across as this hard ass but in reality, he is soft and very caring but hard on the outside because he has to be. That glimpse we get to the past for him was the foundation to who Cain Donovan is and became. I never expected the hurt and pain. Nikki has had to endure through a lot. The image that she gave off outside of her home was what people saw, but no one knew the level of hurt that happened behind closed doors. I got so teary eyed in her past that stopping for a minute was needed, you never expect that much pain from someone you love but in this case from the person that is supposed to love you no matter what. The heartbreak once we get it was hard, I was all happy smiles until I wasn't and was just angry.
These two once everything is said and done come together and slot into each other like the pistons in an engine, they both need each other to function fully.
All the good stuff is in here too to go along with all that spice, and we love the daddy moments of course 😍 🏁Street Racing 💛Best friends/Lovers 🖤Second Chance 🏁Possessive 💛Stalker-ish 🖤Mafia/Bratva vibes 🏁Tension/Angst
Truly truly the best way to end a series but then again you never not see characters that Brittany writes. I can only hope we will get to see this group again, and I sure we will.
Oh how I was waiting to get the back story of Cain and Nikki! I am so glad their story was the last one on the series too as I don’t think I would have been able to read others after this one.
Cain has always been the one character in this series that intrigued me. All the mystery behind him and Leon and just why was he always so quiet and serious. I did not expect for his back story to be so tragic and crazy! From the prologue with Nikki moving across the street from him as little kids, to all the drama with his brother and don’t even get me started on their mother! But after all of that, I still loved him. Finally getting to see what made him the way he was today and to understand all of his protectiveness over Nikki, just freaking loved it all!
I loved Nikki so much. This lady was so much more than I thought she was going to be. I loved seeing her as a little girl that just wanted to be friends with the boy across the street. How she never gave up on that little boy no matter how much he tried to get her too. You could feel the love they each had for one another. At times I would get angry with both of them to just open their eyes and see what was right in front of them but I understood why it was so hard for them.
As usual I wanted, no NEEDED more of them. I wish there was one more book of just a follow up with all the characters to see how everyone is doing years down the line. I hate leaving characters I loved so much in series. I never want to let them go. But at last I know I must.
This will most definitely be a series I will reread over and over again! . . . 5️⃣🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻♾️ 10/10 recommendation‼️
I was completely hooked on 'Full Throttle' from the start. This book is a rollercoaster of emotions, with a dark romance and street-racing plot that gripped me tight. The dual POV storytelling and heart-wrenching flashbacks made Nikki and Cain's journey incredibly intense.
Their childhood friendship was a highlight, showing the tender and moving bond between them. But as they grew older, their experiences led to pain and divergent paths, which hit me hard. When their lives collided again, the intensity was palpable.
The raw emotions in this story made it both heart-wrenching and compelling. I loved watching Nikki's growth and development, from her childhood desire to be friends with Cain to her unwavering loyalty. Despite my frustration with both characters at times, I understood their struggles. Cain's mysterious past fascinated me, and his backstory was even more tragic than I expected. I loved seeing his vulnerable side and understanding his protectiveness over Nikki.
Nikki's story is a deep exploration of unfulfilled love, longing, and the need to belong. She's strong yet vulnerable, and her relationship with Cain is complex and emotional. Through flashbacks, we learn about their childhoods, which adds to the emotional impact of the story. I wished for more of this series, especially a follow-up book to see how everyone fares in the years to come. However, I'm grateful for the emotional journey 'Full Throttle' took me on. I'll definitely reread this series again!

✨✨✨✨✨✨ DADDY CAIN IS TRULY EVERYTHING! TOP TIER BOOK BOYFRIEND MATERIAL! To say I’m obsessed with him is probably an understatement!! The protectiveness and possessiveness in this man is wild. This book overall was such a fast read because I was never wanting to put it down. I always need to know what was going to play out next. This is definitely my favorite one of the series! The mouth and attitude is our DADDY CAIN is one that will have your mouth hanging open. Nik was such a perfect FMC and made for Cain. She was so incredibly strong and the love this woman carried in her had me speechless. Full Throttle had me feeling all of the emotions and when they went into the Den I truly thought my heart was about to beat out of my chest! Overall I’m absolutely obsessed with this one and Daddy Cain will forever live in my head now!

Thank you so much for sending me a copy for an honest review in my own words.
Reading this book was the fastest I’ve read a book in a long time. Full Throttle is by far my favorite book of the Burnout Series and truthfully I don’t even know where to begin. First of all the heart wrenching, gut punching, soul shattering feelings I felt during this book were so real. After reading the other books in the series, I wasn’t expecting to be hit so hard, but this one was so emotional and the storyline of these two lost souls who are just desperate to find one another had me in tears.
Cain has officially taken the spot at the top of my book boyfriend list - I swear Brittany Ann wrote him just for me. He is moody and unpredictable, he is possessive and unrealistic, he is protective and undeniably charming and oh so morally gray. His heart throbbing connection he has carried through the years for Nikki is one that you can’t help but connect with.
The moments between Cain and Nikki, whether they are spicy or funny or downright infuriating are written so well and described perfectly as if I was there watching the whole thing unfold. Brittany Ann really outdid herself with this one and I honestly don’t know how she’s going to do it again, Cain will forever be in the forefront of my mind.
Not only is the character growth and interactions great, but the storyline that is continued through the Burnout Series gets even better, and you get to learn so much more about all your favorite characters - its always a good time for me when I get to see Leon.

After book 2 I didn’t want to jump right into this book because then the series would over! But of course I couldn’t help myself and I am so sad it’s over but this book was a perfect wrap up and I love Cain and Nikkis story. I think Leon is still my favorite in this series but Cain makes that a very hard choice. All the MMCs are morally grey, possessive and protective but Cain and his stalker qualities make me feral! My heart breaks for Cain’s past and the sacrifices he had to make. I hate how Nikki has been hurt but I admire her strength and determination to never give up. While these two missed out on so much time together, them finding their way back to each other filled my heart to near bursting. Despite being outsiders to this group, they were brought into the fold and truly became valuable and loved members of this found family. A favorite part of this book was the way Mina, Amara and Nikki bonded! I bawled with the epilogue seeing these characters get their much deserved happily ever afters. Even though they won’t be main characters, I am happy we will not have to say good bye to them and can count on plenty of cameos in the Brittany-verse. How will I bear the wait until the next book in this universe?!?
We were full throttle now. There was no stopping this—us.
“I’m coming for you full throttle, clover. I’ll always come for you, no matter what.”
What a way to end a phenomenal series. This is the third and final book in the Burnout Series. I’ve been looking forward to Cain's story.
Full Throttle follows Cain and Dominique who have been friends since they were kids living next door to each other. Neither of them had an easy childhood but they found a soft place to land with one another. Life happened and got in the way of what they have until Dominique walks through the door of Oasis.
I loved getting to know Cain more and seeing what made him into the man we know. Nikki was an incredible and strong woman. I admired her strength, her bravery, and her commitment. They were truly made for each other. Their banter was fueled by anger due to the past but when they finally showed each other how much they really love each other, it was over. They both needed someone to have in their corner and I was happy that they found their way back to each other.
The angst, the spice, their history, Devils Den, and just everything, it was perfection. I didn’t want to put this down and I didn’t want this to end. I was sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen next.
The found family in this series is one of the best. I love how Brittany connects all of her series together but she does it in a way that you don’t have to read everything before this. I can’t wait t
"We were full throttle now. There was no stopping this–us."
I truly can't believe that Burnout is over. Brittany Ann just keeps getting better and better with every book, and Full Throttle is one of my top books by her.
With Full Throttle, you get Cain and Nikki. The two childhood friends who met by fate's design. The two who came back together years later, despite everything thrown their way.
Cain is the one you fell in love with from the very beginning of Burnout. And now that he's here? He might be my ultimate favorite. Dont tell. He's such a possessive, will kill for you, teddy bear. His back story is so tragic, and his love story with Nikki is so powerful, for both of them. And Nikki… You love her from before as well. She's such a badass, and the way she proves herself before anyone in Oasis knew who she really was? It's giving pure Fast and Furious.
The way that Brittany's universe is wrapped up works so well, though I will NEVER forgive Brit for retracted. I just wanna live in her universe.
tropes // street racing, best friends to lovers, possessive, stalker-ish, mafia, forced proximity
This was one hell of a whirlwind of emotional turmoil that had my heart in a chokehold the whole way through. The connection that Cain and Nikki have is phenomenal and incredibly strong. Even when they were apart, they are always on each other’s minds and the pull to be together never waivers.
I loved learning how connected Cain and Nikki are with their backgrounds and upbringings. My heart hurt for what they both went through growing up, but the fact that they had each other and would do anything for each other was beautiful. Even if they left on very hurtful words.
The back-and-forth banter between Nikki and Cain was filled with some very hurtful words, jokes, and jabs at each other, but there was no doubt that the underlying sexual tension between them never left and only grew stronger. I was shocked and relieved when they both tore down their walls and finally let each in – it was like the dam finally burst and they could FINALLY surrender to the desire and longing for each other.
This was a fantastic conclusion to this series. It was packed with adrenaline inducing moments, action, suspense, secrets, twists and turns that you never see coming, and much needed vengeance is dished out. It was also filled with passion, forgiveness, and an all-consuming love between all of the characters including Cain and Nikki.
- Dark romance - Street racing romance - Second chance - Friends to enemies to lovers - Found family
This is the final story in the Burnout series and it is utterly heart wrenching, but so satisfying. We return to Oasis immediately following the ending of Clutch & Shift, so please make sure to read that book before this one.
Nikki's story is full of deep emotions, unfulfilled love and longing to belong. She is so strong, yet vulnerable. While Nikki is recovering from injuries sustained in an accident, Cain is nearly feral with his need to protect her, especially from himself. She has finally reunited with her childhood friend, one she has loved for most of her life, but Cain keeps pushing her away. Through a series of flashbacks, we learn more about Cain and Nikki's childhoods, which just add to the emotional impact of this story.
He wants to earn his place at Oasis, the street racing team in St Louis. He has done some things in his past that he is not proud of and feels he needs to atone. However, the team has accepted him as one of their own, but Cain still feels like an outsider. As the group join forces with characters from past books to take out the trash, will Cain continue to deny the feelings he has for Nikki?
This book ties up so many loose ends, while leaving teasers for future books. What an amazing ride this has been!
BRITTANY!!! Another well done book. This book was absolutely everything! I loved this book so much. I'm not much into racing but this book was *chefs kiss* AGAIN!!! The characters, the plot, the spice, the development were all so great. I can't believe how amazing they all were but I expect nothing less from Brittany. The descriptions in this book will put you through the emotional ringer. Highly recommend this book.
This book is about Nikki and Cain. Their story is intense coupled with heart wrenching flashbacks. Their childhood friendship was tender and deeply moving. Moving into adulthood they were met with the weight pain and roads that moved in different directions that will hit you like a ton of bricks. The author will pull you into their story so that you feel like you are not only reading their story but you are right there with them in person experiencing it all with them. Coming back to when they meet again you could feel how intense it was. The divide they experience between them is fueled by past hurts and hatred. So when the truth comes out and the secrets come to light you get the feeling of hope. In the end you will be cheering for Nikki and Cain and it just proves that love does win in the end. You will not be disappointed in this story of healing. It was so amazing and nothing short of one of the best books I have read this year so far.
I knew Cain and Nikki were going to be my favorite couple in the Burnout series and they did not disappoint! I don’t know about you but I love a man with a big brain who likes to drive fast cars. And what is so intriguing about Cain is that people don’t know just how big is brain is because he doesn’t flaunt it. He uses it to protect his family! Nikki is such a strong FMC I loved that she didn’t give into Cain broodiness and stuck to her own. And when it came to that point in the story where they claimed each other you best believe I was hooping and hollering there was so much history between the two of them and there trauma and history made it so bittersweet is the tough times. I really liked in this series that yes it was focused on a specific couple but it did not shy away from all the characters in the series playing a part in each other’s story. All in all this series was amazing so sad to see it go but so happy I got to read out my fantasy of fast in the furious with a mafia twist. It’s spicy and passion it love and family.
“I’m coming for you full throttle, clover. I’ll always come for you, no matter what.”
Must read this series! I can’t wait for what Brittany Ann has next for us!
This picks up right where the second book finished and we learn that Nikki and Cain have a past. I've been so excited to get Cain's story, to learn more about him, he's very quiet, reserved it seems. Nikki comes across as the more outgoing one, she also comes across as stubborn. I have to chuckle in the beginning because despite Cain being so angry at what happened and wants Nikki far away, he is also very caring and wants to look after her. I devoured this book and was sad that the series has come to an end, but at the same time, I was happy with the way everything turned out. Brittany is one of my favourite authors and I love her writing and the stories that she writes. This one was full of angst and emotion and I really enjoyed getting the back story for Cain and Nikki, it really gave you a good understanding of them and how they came to be who they are. The good thing about Brittany's stories are that her worlds overlap and we get the privilege of seeing characters from her other series as well. I did lover her cowboy duet, but because I am a car enthusiast, I thoroughly enjoyed this series! Cars, racing and dark romance, what more could you ask for! Brittany's books just keep getting better and better and I cannot wait to see what she brings out next.

Britt!!!! You outdid yourself GIRLIE!! I absolutely loved this ending to the burnout series, and it's my favorite one!!!
We have Dominique aka Nikki, who's brought in to join the street racers/oasis and she's friggin badass and can outrace everyone unless it's Cain, her long lost bff she didn't know who was waiting all along for her.
Once something happens one day while their racing and she winds up in the hospital, he becomes super possessive over Nikki and won't let her go again!!
Can they bring down the mafia involved in all the things happening to Oasis, or will their efforts go up in Flames? Get it? Iykyk!
This one was my absolute favorite, the friggin spice, the sloooooow burn, he watches her 😉😉, and he's only soft for her!! I would suggest reading this series in order to get the full back story !!!

Take me to Oasis & find me a Daddy like Cain! Please!
Brittany DELIVERED. I adored Leon & Dontell but Cain was next level. The angst, the spice, their history, De\/ils Den - everything. I didnt want to put this down. I didnt want it to end. I ate this up in one go. Sat on the edge of my seat, biting my knuckles, kicking my feet. This was def my favourite of the series.
We left Clutch & Shift with a cliffhanger and this book follows straight on. I loved getting to know Cain more and seeing what made him into the man we know. Nikki was brilliant. I admired her strength, her commitment, her gut. Girl knew what she wanted and chased it.
The found family in this series is phenomenal. Brittany links all of her series together, but does it in a way that you dont have to read everything before this. An absolute queen when it comes to side characters that are just as important and involved as the Main but without confusing you.
The street racing element, the tension & plot unfolding. The MCs reconnecting naturally. Honestly, I could rave about this all day. I am a huge Fast & Furious fan and just loved the adrenaline rush this gave me.
I was so much anticipating the conclusion to this suspenseful, steamy, tragic, gut wrenching, emotional, and romantic fast and furious inspired series. If you have not read of any of Brittany Ann novels, what are you waiting for?! She is the QUEEN of cameos. It is truly a Brittany-verse as they so call it because its a whole world of her books/characters who come together to make these stories even more loveable to us the readers. Best of all they make sense and some of the topics she touches in this series are definitely not for the faint of the heart so be sure to read ahead any trigger warnings before picking this up as your next read.
As for Cain (a morally grey, beautiful broken man) and Nikki (the girl next door who was left broken hearted by Cain, yet never stopped wanting him) as expected, she truly delivered once more with the emotional story between them. Loved this conclusion and this series as a whole I can see myself re-reading this at some point. My absolute favorite part is that I am sure I will be seeing more of them in future books so no need to be sad.
