I really enjoyed the biography about Mia Hamm. In this book they talk about haw Mia Hamm started playing soccer at a young age and that she could not wait to join little league. When Mia was older she played for a club team and she scored a lot of goals and sometimes she scored 4 goals a match. This book also talks about Mia's accomplishments like when she made the U.S. National Team when she was just 15 and she lead them to several world cup victories. She also never talked about herself and how great she was she always talked about how great the team is. The biography Mia Hamm is about determination, bravery, and compassion.

I loved this book, this booked really explained about how Mia is one of the best soccer players in the world. Mia Hamm seemed to be a wonderful, humble, caring teammate to all. I disliked that it kept repeating that she was the number one scorer in the world, other than that.. This book is amazing and I would recommend it for any ages!

Mia Hamm
Written by Joan Axelrod the book "Mia Hamm" is an inspiring, fun, good read. This fantastic book is about Hamm's journey through the soccer world. She has a great attitude and positive outlook on life and never gives up. I would recommend this book because of it's inspiring words, funny stories and the characters love of sports.

Mia Hamm is a star in the soccer world. She grew up playing soccer and was an immediate sensation, and star. Although she moved a lot for her dads work, she was always the star where ever she was. Mia Hamm played college soccer, and later on to the US women's national team.She had struggles all through her life, and that's where many readers can relate. Even though you may have problems, mess up, you should always keep going. My opinion of the book is that it is inspiring. The story of this amazing soccer player shows how to over come obstacles, and believe in yourself.

Mia Hamm is one of the greatest soccer players of all times. She is the leading goal scorer of all US soccer. That goes to show that if you follow your dreams and believe in yourself, you can do anything you put your mind too. I think this book is a fun read, and worth the time.

I really enjoyed this book because usually I am not very interested in nonfiction books, but this book had amazing meataphors that really described Mia Hamm as a person. This book focuses a lot on her personal times and not really what people think of her. Lastly, it shows her growth as not only a soccer player but as someone who will fight for what is right but always cares.
