I love it! I finished it in a few days and was drawn back to it again and again to continue reading! If you like the heartstopper series then this is definitely recommended! Congratulations to the author. I laughed a lot throughout the story, but there were also tears at beautiful and wonderful moments. If the author ever releases it in a physical book, I would be the first in line to buy it!🍂🍃

This is an AU fic and Nick and Charlie are in their 30s. It is spin-off from the fanfic "Rugby Sweater Weather", which I admit I haven't actually read yet but have heard good things about and will be checking out.

Nick Nelson is retired from professional rugby and is looking after his mother's Lavender Farm and bed & breakfast while she travels for a year. Nick is loving his time at the inn and is enjoying getting to know the guests and spending time in the country. He has set up a room for a couple coming for their honeymoon but on the night that the happy couple is set to arrive, only a distraught looking C. Spring shows up without the man he was supposed to marry; one B. Hope. Nick feels bad for Charlie and starts up a friendship with him.

This is probably the most beautiful fanfiction I have ever read! It is so tender, and sweet, and endearing, with such well-written storytelling. If this book was ever published I would happily buy it! The imagery and the care and devotion for the story and the characters practically drips off every page...and every chapter comes with a recipe at the bottom, which are absolutely divine!

This is an ongoing Heartstopper fanfiction, and I love it. If it were a published book, I would not give it five stars, but for fanfiction, it is everything you could want: well-written, funny, beautiful relationship development, sex. This one is especially good for older Heartstopper fans, as the characters are around thirty, instead of teenagers. I was reluctant to start it because it's an alternate universe story of Nick and Charlie, but I'm so glad I did. It was a lovely way to spend winter break.
