Great step by step methods, and quite a number of local ingredients explanations which are very helpful.
Recommended to those who are looking to make a complete dinner from appetizer - main course - dessert

I have a LOT of Asian cookbooks and this is by far the best. If I could have only one Asian cookbook, it would be this one.
