It was better than the first two, I am no quitter so I had to finish the series. Maybe I should have read it instead of listening to the audiobooks, anyways it was ‘free’ on Kobo plus 🌝

Dragged out.

Don't get why Charlotte was so mad at Noah for the charity event. She begged Noah to forgive her after FUCKING CALLING THE COPS ON HIM AND FALSLY ACCUSING HIM OF CHILD ABUSE AND SENDING HIS SON BACK TO HIS ABUSERS. He was gracious enough to accept her apology (god knows why) and she pretends like he is in the wrong.

Also, I have zero clue about hockey, but child abuse allegations would have left Noah with bigger repercussions for sure. Reporters were storming his place, meaning there was a 0% chance the public didn't catch wind of it.

And the entire stick about Charlotte's dad owning the opposing Hockey team felt like a bad rendition of the Romeo and Juliette trope. Who gives a fuck that he owns the other team? She is a full-grown adult, with an apartment, a job, and friends. In what way is she dependent on her father? Why does he have such a grip over her? Why not just ditch the charity event?

Here and there, there were pretty unnecessary characters that didn't add to the story. For example the Russian guy from the prison, the nanny, and the other hockey players from the Bruisers. They were more work keeping track of their names than anything.

This was not the end of this series that I wanted. I didn’t love the plot. I didn’t love the story. I didn’t love the characters. I liked seeing the little glimpses of some of the other characters from the previous books but this one was a letdown.

I’m not sure my feelings on this one… seems all a little far fetched? I mean I know it’s fiction but like a little real possibility seems necessary for me… she’s the daughter of the rival hockey team, no way they don’t know that. If he has a kid he never knew was his and the other guy was an abusive asshole whether his brother was a cop or not her dad is his coach.. no matter the strained relationship you’d use that connection… idk. It’s weird to me.. cute, but too many holes for me.

This was ok. I enjoyed the overall storyline but at times it was a little cringy but could just be because I listed to the audio book and the narrator was so extra. It had good parts but definitely could have been better.

The story was just flowing and it kept me engaged even though Charlotte, the main character had some questionable decisions. The only thing I could not really feel was the fact that the main characters really loved each other. Like, it was mentioned that they are attracted to each other, but still, the feeling did not come through… Maybe I should have started with the first book of the series 👀

This is book three in The Ice Dragons Hockey Romance series and it is Charlotte and Noah’s story. Noah plays for the Ice Dragons Hockey Team and after a great first night and date with Charlotte everything seemed to go wrong when his ex girlfriend turned up and dropped a bombshell on him saying that the boy with her is his son and that threw Noah’s complete life into chaos and until the paternity test came back Noah would have to keep everything under wraps to protect himself, his career and everyone around him and then on top of that Charlotte did something that he didn’t think that he could ever forgive her for which caused even more complications into Noah’s life which he definitely could have done without. Will they be able to sort everything out amicably by communicating and trusting each other again or is it already too late after everything that had happened and what Noah had gone with no fault of his. I really loved this book and the storyline pulled you in and had you turning the pages and kept your attention throughout and I really can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

When I first read the blurb I was immediately expecting a angsty hockey romance w/lots of OW drama. So I was very happy that it wasn’t like that all. I really enjoyed Noah & Charlotte’s story. There were moments she got irritating, & seemed too desperate for Noah’s forgiveness. She screwed up big time & it really costed Noah, so I fully understood his anger w/her, & I don’t think she fully grasped the severity of her actions. And I think she overacted w/what Noah did at the charity event. But a lot of both their problems could have been avoided if they had been honest w/each other. I did enjoy their story, & I wished we’d gotten a little glimpse into their future, maybe w/Zayn having a sibling!
This was another great read by Willow! I always look forward to & enjoy her books so much!

Arresting the Hockey Player by Willow Fox is the third book in the Ice Dragon Series, but this can be read as a standalone.

Charlotte’s character was set up so terribly in the previous book and not the best kind of friend to Amber, rather selfish and immature. However, in this book her character was very different, and she got her happy for now with Noah.

This story covers hockey romance and secret backstories. But it had a few plot holes that were probably a little more noticeable than the other books in this series.

The narration by Kay Kennedy was well done, especially since this was dual POV’s. Also you can’t go past a free audiobook that’s published by the author via their YouTube - especially between credits.

She sees his kid ( who she doesnt know he had because he didnt either ) with a black eyes and without even letting him explain she immidiately calls the police and have him arrested for domestic abuse and ultimately send son back to his abusive step father who actually hit him.
And she's supposed to be his GIRLFRIEND, and he continued to protect and care for her and do her favors. honestly that was where i stop caring and skimmed the rest of the book just to see if his kid was okay

But then Noah fina out his ex who cheated on him and got married to another hockey player on the rival team has a 2 year old son Zayn. Does a test and it’s his son. Custody battle
But first the husband is abusive towards jasmine and zayn but charlotte sees zayn who has a blue eye and tells her daddy hit me. But it was the husband and not Noah. But charlotte calls the police and he goes to jail. Drops the charges when she realize he wasn’t the daddy zayn talked about

The author has taken us back to spend time with our friends on the Ice Dragons Hockey Team and pull us into the lives of Charlotte and Noah. The story keeps us turning the pages with humor, connection, overreaction and steam.

I really enjoyed the story, I laughed and sighed. Ok got a little choked when Zayn wanted his mum.

It would be interesting to have another book on what happens after. Do they get married, have other children or do they decide to adopt Abbi.

The only negative was the pacing was a little bit off for me. Some parts felt like they were dragging.

This book was a quick audiobook listen. I didn't feel much chemistry between the main characters and honestly was a little bored with the storyline overall. I thought this book would be better considering the last two books were cute. I liked being able to see the characters from the other books again, but it was a very disappointing last book in the series.

This is the third story in the "Ice Dragons" hockey series. This is Charlotte and Noah's story. The story is fun with some suspense, humor, misunderstandings, romance, surprises, over reactions and more. I really like the characters and the plot was interesting and intriguing.

Wow! I wasn't expecting this emotional rollacoaster! I loved it!

There's twists, lies and deception, but this book ends with a sweet happy ever after. Definitely recommend that you read this!

This last book was fun but it also had a really serious tone to it. I enjoyed the chemistry & antics between Noah & Charlotte. I also enjoyed the follow up on Kyler & Emerson & Jasper & Amber. I’m hoping there might be a few more books to see what happens with all of them. Definitely recommend.
