❤️❤️❤️ THE BEST SERIES I’VE EVER READ !!!
Today I'd like to highlight THE best series I've ever had the opportunity to read so far, a personal favorite!
An excellent backstory, incredibly well-crafted and moving characters, tons of action, unexpected twists, and suspense in this post-apocalyptic dystopian series consisting of four volumes, the reviews of which are below.
I highly recommend this series, which fans of the genre shouldn't miss!❤️

BOOK ONE : WHAT ONCE WAS :
❤️🤗Exceptional reading!
Kylie was lost in thought.
She remembered Momma who loved taking care of Kylie's beautiful black hair, a legacy from Daddy.
But Kylie didn't look like her parents physically, she was sure of that.
It had all become so distant, it didn't matter anymore...

Here is a surprising novel which tells the adventures of a young girl who survives a terrible catastrophe.
I found the author's writing totally fascinating, realistic and full of emotion.
I loved the plot and especially the characters.
The main character of Kylie is exceptional.
I was surprised by the evolution of the novel after the first third of the book and the reading was absolutely captivating. I didn't see the time passing.
The cliff hanger ending leaves me frustrated and I really want to know what happens next!
I highly recommend this exceptional novel in my eyes!

BOOK TWO : CAN NEVER BE AGAIN :
❤️💜😲Excellent moving sequel!
On the evening of her successful qualification to join Callahan's elite unit, Kylie's thoughts were confused and gloomy. She was physically and emotionally exhausted.
She had had a secret hope that Callahan would accept a little something extra, but Callahan was stubborn: it was the team above all else.
Kylie had to resign herself to accepting it...

Life goes on for young Kylie, despite all the obstacles in her way.
Here we are immersed in the daily life of a team of survivors, between training and interactions.
Everything is excellent: the plot, the characters, the unexpected, everything!
The reading is moving, captivating and so entertaining.
The author's writing is incredibly addictive!
I was transported into the story and I didn't see the time pass before literally throwing myself into volume 3 to read the rest!
I highly recommend !

After avoiding mirrors for so long, she noticed how much she had changed.
Her thoughts swirled in her head, with the fear of losing her entire team...

A 3rd volume exceptionally rich in events and outcomes.
The story unravels, revelations are made and other problems arise.
It’s an emotionally gripping dystopia to read!
I love everything: the plot, the characters, the author’s sensitive and detailed writing.
I'm throwing myself into the 4th and final volume!
I highly and unconditionally recommend!

Kylie felt betrayed.
How was she going to eliminate her worst enemy now?...

A final volume well beyond my expectations, rich in twists and turns and endings.
I loved the interactions between the characters.
I felt completely connected to this post-apocalyptic survivalist dystopia, full of diverse and varied feelings, beautiful human values and a certain wisdom.
The ending lives up to the whole series: exceptional in my eyes!
I highly recommend this absolute “must read”.

The world as we know it no longer exists, blown away by human bombs and ignorance. Without a society to keep humanity in check, how long does humanity last? From the Ashes follows Kylie Winters as she fights to survive the most dangerous part of the apocalypse: other people. But even in the midst of survival, it is important to enjoy the few moments of beauty and light left in the world.
C. Miller writes of a dystopian world created by humans, a very distinct possibility with all the weapons of mass destruction in the world today. But it isn't until Kyle meets the Boys from GO, Global Organization, that she is able to relax even a little. GO is made up of people from all over the world, brought together by the fall of humanity and determined to try and bring peace back to the world. Miller makes readers fall in love with her diverse group of Boys as they accept Winters as one of their own and allow her to have a family again.
Follow Winters as she embraces a new group, going from a survivor to a protector of others. With her fearless Boys, and her confident squad leader, Kylie begins to see there is a bright future with friends and love ahead. Ans sometimes the only way to make the world a better place is to cut out the corruption.

Book 1: I enjoyed this book quite a bit, I found myself putting off things I needed to do so I could read more. The ending is a cliffhanger and I really need to read the next book to learn what happens next. There is a lot of sexual tension especially towards the end but nobody acts on it. It will be interesting to see what happens when/if they do in later books and the effects it has on the group dynamics.
Book 2: I enjoyed book two as much as I did book one and found it hard to put down! This book follows Kylie through qualifying, training and getting to know the guys on the squad a bit more and dealing with drama within and outside the squad. She’s doing her best to box up her feelings for Cal and be professional but the tension is still there. The ending leaves you wanting to know what happens next especially with the all female squad coming into the story more. Can’t wait to read the next book!
Book 3: Yet another book I didn’t want to put down that I really enjoyed. Kylie is now officially part of the squad and is learning all she can with how the squad works and all the drills. She is also learning more about her boys and relationships are growing. All the sexual tensions from book 1 and 2 have finally found an outlet after it looked like it might all fall apart. The ending has a bombshell dropped that has me wanting to know how that’s all going to get resolved. I’ll definitely be reading the next book!
Book 4: This was a great ending to the series! The bombshell that was dropped at the end of book three gets taken care of and there are some happy reunions. I’m also happy that Johnson is more in the story and although we never learn if her and Rogers become an item I’m hoping they did. Kylie and Callahan finally get their HEA, but before you get there you’ll need some tissues. I would definitely recommend this series to a friend.
