The Outcasts of Balor have been found, their base hidden deep in the true wilds scouted. The combined forces of Bastion stand ready to strike and end the threat to the region once and for all.
Dare is determined to win this battle and return home to make sure his family is safe and begin the work of rebuilding from the destruction wreaked by the marauding enemy. And he isn't alone in that. The Outcasts have caused a great deal of suffering and devastation, and Bastion will be struggling to rebuild and return to its former prosperity for years or even decades.
But in the wake of such chaos and hardship there is a chance for the beleaguered people of the region to improve their circumstances if they're hardworking and determined. And Dare's heroics have not gone unnoticed.
Be Cordery is part of a harem series and includes explicit romantic scenes involving multiple partners. It is intended for adults.
Amazing story and the attention to detail is commendable
The characters are a joy to spend time with and experience their growth. I'm really glad the author did not drag out the attack on the spider mound. Dare's new territory is going to be very interesting to develop. In addition, it will be intriguing to see when and how the elves will come into play and how the disagreement with the dwarfs will work out. Besides, there were several destinations mentioned to Dare (while he was in the capital) that were very unique and he should visit.
This continuation of the Outsider series is just as good as the rest of them. There is no continuity lost as this series continues to enthrall you with characters and a world you can easily fantasize with and feel a part of. I eagerly wait for the next installment.
I am really enjoying this series. The challenges that Dare and his family and friends are facing and have overcome keep you turning pages in this story filled with action, adventure, and more than a bit of spice. I'm looking forward to the next book!
I really like that this book has lots of time spent on the fun stuff! Exploration, battles, prospecting, mating and meeting new people, among other things. This book doesn't dwell on babies or rebuilding the towns too much and keeps the action and adventures coming!
Dare and his companions and friends continue townbuilding, leveling, and fighting enemies. Still enjoying how the "world system" (game mechanics) blend so smoothly with the really great story.
