J’arrive toujours pas à me dire que c’est la fantasy de l’année même si j’aime bien . Parfois le rythme me dérange il faut attendre les 100 dernières pages pour pouvoir avoir de l’action ou des rebondissements…

I love this book. I thought it wouldn't be as good as the first part because it is often so, but it was!!!!!!! The story was also great. The ending was a little bit sad and I hope Xaden will become normal 😔. But even if the ending was sad and I hate that Xaden is a Veneni now, it was so exciting!!!!!!! It is absolutely worth to read.

Characters still great. I enjoyed the story and plot lines but the whole star crossed lover thing just annoys me. I hate that we always have to have the heros be devastated in love. I probably won’t read the next books.

The Emotional turmoil Violet struggles with was so realistically frustrating, and yet made her relatable. Also the emotional CONNECTION was mind blowing for me!

The redemption story at the end was EVERYTHING. And I’m devastated that I can’t go straight into the next one. This might just dubbed as my favorite series this year🥺
