Allen and Lydia along with maids and Atra are still in the City of Waters, but they do have an ally of sorts helping them. There is magical interference blocking communication which is hampering coordination and planning. The Leinsters are planning on taking a fortress, but need a very good plan that Allen manages to smuggle out when a leinster maid manages to make her way into and out of the city. But will taking this fortress lead the Liensters into a trap set by the Church, the Saint and its apostles? And what is the Saint's plan for the next Darkday? We will just have to survive this volume so we can get to the next one!
