Justin turns his focus onto Roseguard, Condor Consulting, and returning to school. A lingering antagonism at the Telsian Imperial Academy is eveident when the team returns to Telsia. As Justin begins to get a handle on his new situation, circumstances give him new opportunities, new disappointments, and will put his team back in peril, knocking a smooth second term off kilter.
I write action/adventure fiction with a definite proclivity towards Sword & Sorcery. I like magicians, but I'm less partial to unicorns, dragons, elves and dwarves. But give me a hero with a magic sword and I'll make him sing... Wait, I already have!
I've published a number of works under the CasiePress imprint and there are more to come.
I'm an older guy (Guy!), married and all my kids have grown up and given me grandkids to dote over. I've read thousands of books and found that in most cases, I'd rather write than read.
Very few series I have read are enthralling enough to lead me through more than 3. That is true of The Justin Spede Novels. Still, I may resume later in my life with Book 4. But I've been reading for 70 years now. I read for education and entertainment. Antibes provides both. Later. Perhaps. *smile*
Guy gets better and better. This has become a favorite series that I enjoy rereading on Kindle Unlimited. I am putting off buying it just to give the author a few more dollars through Amazon. A coming of age story with action and substance.
Where to start well I generally like Guys books but his recent series have been somewhat a disappointment and I had sort of moved on. That said he is back with this series which to me goes from strength to strength. The plot is good and his writing style is always good making this series not just this book an excellent read. I am eagerly waiting for the next book in the series. So in my view after a bit of a stutter Guy is back. Swords guns and sorcery in a great new world with plenty of excitement and a very interesting set of relationships makes this a great read.
