Untold time has come to pass The tables officially turned, Malice put her faith in the wrong place And now all bridges have been burned.
Accustomed to the clink of chains No stranger to a cell, How far will Malice's captor go Only time shall tell.
Betrayed again, her sanity wanes But this is no time to crack. She needs to put her pride aside And beg for her future back.
One's her destiny, the other her downfall Between the twins she must decide The prophecy bends for no wo-man And even Malice must abide.
Malice always falls for the bad boys. Another This time may have been her last.
Confined to yet another cell, this one of her own creation, Malice has learnt a harsh lesson in thinking with her libido. The realm she loved is falling apart, and it's her job to save it. Newly appointed as the Mal Hatter of Wonderlust, she must maintain the balance of control and chaos, all the while resisting the drop-dead gorgeous Tweedle Twin vampires.
One holds Malice's heart, while the other commands her attention. This game of cat and mouse can't last much longer, although she'll do anything to preserve the lust which fuels her every waking moment. The prophecies are set, the future defined. Will Malice be able to play her role, or will she screw it up for everyone involved? Namely, herself. Trigger Unlike the original, all characters in this spin-off retelling are very much adult. Expect steamy scenes, exaggerated episodes, ridiculous rhymes and apparently, alluring alliteration throughout.

📚The Blurb:
Fact: Malice always falls for the bad boys. Another fact: This time may have been her last.

Embrace The Mayhem by Maddison Cole is the second part of the A Wonderlust Adventure duology. This dark spicy reimagining of Alice in Wonderland is the perfect spin on the classic story with a slightly insane Malice and hot tatted vampire tweedles.
The twins are just 🥵 who doesn't love a hot moody vampire with an equally hot fun loving twin brother, yes please 😍 those boys definitely know how to please a lady (🥵 7,9,11,17,19,23,33,39). I loved the way Malice goes through her journey to find her happiness as well as some of the other characters. Also loved her mad hatterness, her internal and external monologues were both funny and brutally honest.
This book was a great wrap up of the story and I loved the prophecy twist at the end! Though I was slightly vexed at some of the ending with the red Queen, I loved her character so much! (Hoping for a book just for her!!) Other than that I really enjoyed this book and I'm so glad I got the ARC!!
This entire duet was one helluva ride! In true Wonderland fashion, you really never know just what to expect, but I really loved this crazy adventure we were taken on with Malice and her tweedles!
This story had so many twists and turns, I can guarantee you’ll have no idea what’s going to happen from chapter to chapter! There were so many things I DID NOT see coming!! Seriously. Unpredictable doesn’t even begin to cover this wild ride!
I loved how Malice was finally able to bring the tweedles together though, even after the betrayal from the first book. Overall, I really enjoyed this duet and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a creative Wonderland retelling with a twisted spin on the classic story!
Firstly, let me say, I loved that there was a recap of the prophecies at the beginning! There's so many times I pick up the next book in a series, and I've completely forgotten what it was about.
The madness truly ran deeper in this one, and all I could do was buckle up for the chaos.
I honestly couldn't see the twists coming and that ending! It was a perfect Malice-ism (IYKYK)
I received an ARC for my honest review. Thank you again for the opportunity to review another of your books!
After reading Descend Into Madness I couldn’t wait to read this conclusion of the story. This book is everything you would expect/want in a dark Alice in Wonderland/Wonderlust retelling. It's chaotic, includes dangerous adventures and has very spicy scenes. The plot twists kept my head spinning. I loved the development of the relationship between the MCs. Every supporting character is created with love and that's what makes the story so intriguing.
I waited so long for this one and Maddison did not disappoint me! I devoured this in one setting. First of all, twin good/bad vampires? Uh yes. This one has everything. Sacrifice, redemption, silly hatters, fantasy, and the spice is everything. I have read a lot of Alice retellings, but this by far my favorite. Malice and The Tweedle boys live rent free in my head! Go read this duo! Well worth it!
I have been impatiently waiting for this book since finishing book 1.
It lived up to everything I was hoping it would be and so much more! Malice and the Tweeds are to die for, the storyline answers all the questions from book one..but the ENDING?!? Maddison Cole really ended the book in the perfect way.
10/10 on this book and an absolute 5/5 on the spice scale! You won’t regret reading this series
This was a fabulous conclusion to the duet, full of mayhem and weirdness! Having been betrayed by one of the Tweedle brothers Malice wholeheartedly embraces the other, but that is not the end of the story. Lillianna is determined to rule over Wonderlust but Arabelle and Tweed are plotting and fighting back. Twisted ending that makes you question it all!
Embrace the Mayhem - what an amazing follow up to Descend into Madness! The ending was just what it needed, loved it. Part 2 of this duet definitely takes you on a journey letting us get to know more on all main characters. Be prepared to ride the roller coaster as Malice, the Tweedles a bed all the usual characters, work to return Wonderlust to its chaotic glory.
"You’re not chaos Malice. You’re utter pandemonium. You’ve slammed through the walls I spent my whole life enforcing with the force of a wrecking ball. And I’ll love you everyday of eternity for it.”
UGH. Yes. 3.5 stars.
The ending HAD ME SCREAMING. I'm gonna pretend like it didn't happen. Blissfully unaware.
Embrace Mayhem by Maddison Cole I fell in love with this author work. It’s really has me loving the characters in this grown up Alice In Wonderland retelling with so much more fun and sizzling relationship. I recommended this exciting and enchanted read. No spoilers so you can enjoy it.
Maddison Cole truly delivered a chaotic book where you absolutely Embrace the Mayhem that is Malice and her Tweedles. I loved this series and how "Alice" is all grown up and so... nuts! She marches to the beat of her own drum and leads us all on a merry dance. Our marvelous author has created a world where we discover more about Wonderlust and the twists and turns in a story filled with laughter, love and devotion to friends and family. The ending had me screaming which is just brilliant. Wonderful book.
Embracing her new role in Wonderlust, Malice still has her prophecy looming, but so does Tweed who has his own path to follow and Cash has a bond to break, but does the final tea party bring them all together again or did the betrayals cut too deep?
Mayhem indeed. I’m not sure if this was more of a wild ride or the best kind of adventure, probably both. This is exactly what you want a twisted Alice reimagining to be, full of madness and filled with mayhem ♦️🖤
Great story. Great characters. The moment the enemies turn to lovers never fails to pull me in, especially with the burn the world for her vibe. That’s a perfect combo. In fact this whole duet is like the perfect combo for chaos 😵💫

Wow!!! I absolutely loved Embrace the Mayhem by Maddison Cole . The second book in her Wonderlust Duet is a brilliant read. I love how Maddison Cole writes Alice, or Malice as she prefers, as a now adult. This book matches the fantasy and upside-downess of original story, with lots of Maddison Cole's own fantastic flare, and obviously the spice of hot curry.
If you love fairytale retellings with steamy scenes then you will love this book. Now I'm hoping I dream of the Tweedles.
Loved this duet! So happy I was able to read more about Malice and the Tweedles. Amazing dark retelling of Alice in Wonderland. I couldn’t get enough of it and now I may have to reread this duet a couple more times before I’m fully satisfied and feel ready to let these characters go.
