Camping for Christmas
Christian Summers is having the worst holiday season ever. After finally gaining the courage to come out as bisexual, his girlfriend dumps him and his parents think it’s “just a phase.” Looking for support, Christian turns to social media to reconnect with an old friend from childhood, Henry, who also came out as bisexual, but back in high school. Henry invites Christian on a camping trip with him and a group of friends right before Christmas. But when Christian and Henry have to share a tent, will sparks start flying beyond the bonfire?

Spoiler Alert!
It's hard to review this short story without giving away everything, but I hope you read it anyway if you haven't already and enjoyed it if you did. Chris is suddenly set adrift after realizing his bisexual tendencies are a problem for his girlfriend, his mother and his sister. He reaches out to an old high school buddy who drags him along on a camping trip with six other friends and... Nothing. This group embraces him without judgement.
May everyone find such a soft place to land.

This was a quick read, but a good story! Christian is exploring his sexuality, and his girlfriend doesn’t understand. He reconnects with a high school friend who helps him through this transitional period. It does have some smut, and starts out spicy right out the gate.
