Good continuation of the meditation practices described in Book 1, but the section on sexual meditation/alchemy lacked more than the usual heterocentric sexist "male on female yin/yang" approach. Sad...

B K Frantzis provides simple straight forward explanation of qigong. These practices are directly applicable to meditators and martial artists alike. Good place to begin for those that do not have qigong experience. Both volumes I and II provide a solid foundation for understanding Qigong.
