Un excelente libro que debe ser leído por las personas que padecen problemas para dormir, tienen ansiedad o depresión. El programa Hola, sueño, es muy útil, te enseña a programar el sueño, a resetear el cerebro. Es como tener a tu psicóloga favorita en un libro.
