This book contains a collection of articles from The Logic, which focus specifically on Canada's involvement in the latest evolution of AI research and technology. From a reader perspective, the take away from the reading being Canada's readiness of AI is not strong with Canadian companies balking at implementing the technology in order to ride the productivity gain from AI usage ... even though universities have been producing AI research outputs used by successful start-ups along with many AI talents, the continuous capital investment has not been able to catch up in Canada and resulted in the migration of many AI resources to the US where AI products and services were launched from there.

This was a really interesting collection of essays regarding Canada and AI.

I didn’t realize that Canada has been such a leader in AI research and development. I learned a lot from this book and would recommend to anyone interested in the future of AI and technology globally and Canada specifically. Well worth the read.
