It's hard for me to write this because I respect these authors so much, but there was a lot of repetition in examples and anecdotes used in this book versus The Solution Focused Brief Therapy Diamond

This book felt like a friendly hug.

There are heaps of useful advice and so many life examples to help make the points stick.

I need to go back and answer the questions as they had many checkpoints for reflection and really asking yourself thought out questions.
