Two-page stories are beautifully interwoven with vivid nature imagery. The accompanying images for each story are equally stunning. The book has eight sections focusing on specific themes: self-reflection, mindfulness, inner values, optimism, and inner peace. Stories related to these particular subjects are included in each section. The imagery associated with each story evokes refreshing emotions, making me feel like I was there with the monks. I truly enjoyed the stories, reading three of them each day.
