Kaya Moore is an outspoken, smart, sassy, and isn't trying to impress anyone to get what she wants or where she wants to go type of woman. You either take her as she is or you don't. She's an advocate on many important causes and dresses however she wants. I like her already! Her BF Nola gets her and together they navigate their lives between college, work, studying, and trying to have some fun in New York. Kaya may be only 23 but she's got plans. And also, she has developed a big crush on her college professor. I can't blame her.🫣

Henry Kingsley is 46, a wealthy, and I mean extremely wealthy, older gentleman who is as grumpy as they come. He exudes intelligence, charisma, dresses well, and has an English accent that anyone can be crushing on. Who can resist that?😉 He's very set in his ways. Stoic. Not the friendliest. Pushes every button to get on anyones nerves. He's almost impossible to get to know. But Kaya wants to have him as her trusted advisor, a mentor. He will not make it easy for her. They argued at their first meeting. Yikes. For Henry, you have to be worthy of his time.⌚👀 Don't be this way Henry.

This was a slow buildup of sexual attraction and electric chemistry. The tension. Oooo the tension. These two finally turn the page, getting to know one another over academics, over a project that Henry is working with Kaya on, but also, as themselves. The walls are coming down. There's a real connection between them. Of sharing their hurtful pasts. Being vulnerable. Giving. Accepting. The age difference, doesn't matter. The heat, the steam, it was very very sensual.🔥🔥🔥 Ohh my. I loved it!! It was written beautifully. Heart and soul. There are misunderstandings and yes, heartbreak.💔 Aww. Will Kaya and Henry be able to fix it and get back what they were trying to have with each other?! No spoilers. But you have to get this book. I mean quickly!! Read it. Experience it. Recommend. Kaya goes all out to get Dr. Henry Kingsley to mentor her. She hounds to get heard, he turns her down but she’s not given up. She’ll prove her worth. And it seems to her merit he’s impressed enough to ask her to collaborate on a project. Soon he’s fantasising about her but does she want him too….heck yeah but after an amazing night of sex , there she is ghosted and mentor-less!. ….Henry has to fly off to an emergency and ends up incommunicado with no way to reach her then after she’d blocked and ghosted him…...She’s always got Nola her best friend and roomie and she hopes for her sake that she has a good night with her office romance Oliver. Great romance , one heck of a make up session, awesome conclusion . But I could read a sequel now, please … well written , great characters that are realistic and relatable and fun to get to know .

Kaya is 23 years student,she lives in a small apartment with her best friend Nola,
Kaya needed a professor to mentor her and she knew who to tell because she’s a feisty one.
When she was at professor kingsley class she and Nola was talking about him but he interrupted them.
After class she asked him to mentor her but he refused but she did’t accept a no for an answer after she kept insisting he accept.
Henry 46 years a grumpy professor accepted to mentor Kaya when the first time she came for the lesson she came dressed with a colorful casual clothes and he told her to bring respect for others but after time he became to knew what a kind person she is.

This is a lovely book and also good written.
I enjoyed the story.

This age gap romance had me all caught up I Dr. Kingsley and Kaya. Their first encounter was not a good one and it went from bad to worse when she went to ask for a mentorship with him. It sets them along a when he becomes her mentor because being close with Kaya brings forth feelings, he isn’t ready to handle and when they become impossible to deny it crosses a boundary that neither can escape. Will their relationship lead them to happiness. This heartfelt story had me connecting with Dr. Kingsley and Kaya cheering them on to getting their chance for happiness.

I struggled initially to get into this book but it was so worth it in the end. Henry is her billionaire college professor while Kaya is from an upper middle class family. He grudgingly agrees to be her mentor. Over time, he sees that she is truly a brilliant student and asks her to help him with a project. Long hours and sexual tension build until they can’t stand it any longer. But man they held out longer than I thought they would. Overall, the story was good and a short read.

Mentor to Love

When you are attracted to your hot professor having him as your mentor will be quite difficult. Kaya and Henry have such great chemistry and the heat between them is hard to resist. This story had misunderstandings, steamy moments and intellectual banter. I really enjoyed this story and was rooting for their happy ending.

Kaya is a grad student and Henry is her professor and mentor. At first they but heads a lot but soon Henry realizes that he is attracted to the feisty 23-year-old. This is an age gap, enemies to lovers story. It is a novella, 11 chapters. If you like age gap, billionaire stories, then you will like this one.

This is a quick read but for being short, it does gave a punch. Henry and Kaya first impressions of each other was not complimentary but as they get to know each other better, things definitely changed.

Good characters. The h was strong and smart. Big age difference of 23 years. Steamy heat. I may have liked it better if there had been more depth to the story. It was only 171 pages. But it was a standalone, HEA.

I love a good billionaire story, and this was okay. It could have been longer, angsty, and with more character development to draw you in; the book was a bit short for me, and I wanted more. I do like the author and will continue to read her stories.
