Braxton and Neve are the perfect NYE couple! They just get me, who hasn't done a backslide when drinking at a friend's place. *Spicy scenes were chefs kiss!
The love between these two warmed my heart! It was so well written and I fell in love with these two and all the side characters!
This is my first M.K. read and I can't wait to get more of her books!
Highly recommend this book! *and while I enjoyed reading it on new year's eve, it's definitely one you can read all year!

Did I devour this in 24 hours? Yes. Do I regret it? No.
The things I absolutely loved include:
🩵The grumpy MMC who actually was head over heels the entire time
🩵When he called her baby 😫 are you joking?! 🫠
🩵Neve. Just Neve. She needs to be protected at all costs
🩵The family vibes
🩵The banter
Shoutout to this incredible indie author for writing a fun, witty, spicy rom-com!

Cute small town romance. Grumpy, sunshine vibes. She’s determined to bring her family together and he is going through a rough patch, finding his way. What’s happens when they both are trapped inside a basement on New Year’s Eve until the ball drops? Did I mentioned they are exes.

This was adorable, i love how the writer incorporated how anxiety effects someone physically and mentally. The safe space and banter between Neve and Braxton was extremely cute and loveable.
