I found this book very engaging and informative. While the story of espionage and the legal framework the FBI worked within to capture and prosecute Ana Montes was hook enough for me, the author effectively weaves his personal story and career milestones to the developments in the Montes case. Lapp provides a well written and gripping account of Montes’ reckless and unapologetic deception that had grave consequences to government, families and careers.
