He knows he should keep it professional, but Storm knows he will do anything to keep her safe as things become more dangerous. I started out doing a couple covers for some romance author friends and listened to them bounce ideas off me. Finally, after some convincing from friends and some family members I decided I might as well follow my dream and write. What can I say? When my fingers hit the keys, sexy came out and though some of the relationships I write about are unconventional, I truly hope to make them strong, believable characters that readers will care about. Writing is not something I simply do, it's something that produces a change both in myself and my readers. I have yet to finish a story and not look at the world, people and relationships in a new way. The written word captures what the eyes can't always see, brings fantasy and often escape from the obstacles and struggles of daily life.
To those of you stopping by and checking out my bookshelf and learning more about me, keep in mind I write hot...very hot. Sexy and sinful are not misleading. Happy Reading!
Dangerous Application: WOW! Exciting, intense and romance! Storm was glad to have something to other then painting for his aunt. He was to feel useful. When Bear called to say he was needed he got in his truck and drove. He was happy to see his brother in arms and meeting a few other people from Brotherhood Protector group as well as Hank Patterson. Then he saw a beautiful redhead. He was determine to do what ever was need to protect her. Wonderful story!
I really enjoyed this book. I stayed up in one sitting to read the whole book. I loved this the personalities of the cats. The stalker was a surprise they didn't see coming. Action, heat but a great story line. I'm surprised there wasn't more drama from her father. Can't wait for Sorens story in the next book. HEA.
There are so many editing errors :(. Val’s dad keeps trying to sell her house but then that part is left hanging after sending his lawyer there is nothing else, plus did Val stay or move back to Seattle? Again left hanging. Spend a bit more time make the book longer and close out important parts of the story. Thankfully its a KU so didnt waste my money
I have said it before, I do enjoy the Brotherhood Protectors World. Val is my kind of woman. Strong, self sufficient, and big hearted. Now her hero? SIGH! Well, he is a hero in every sense of the word. Great characters. The story? A nice mix of action, intrigue, and romance. The formula for any good BPW story. This one had a surprise ending though. Love it!
This is the first book in a branch of the Brotherhood Protectors World. It certainly meets expectations, even exceeds them! I did a lot of laughing, not much crying. It is a heart warming story of guys coming home from war and being lost.
Storm was hired by brotherhood protectors to protect Val who has a stalker. Val was fiesty and I loved her. Good for her the way she put her father in his place and shot a shotgun at the lawyers feet.
Was this book even edited. Sentences that made no sense. Words used in the wrong context. Please, please have them edited by a person who knows how to do it.
