Rate this book
When we were asked what we wanted to be or do when we grew up, none of us woke up and said, "Today, I have made the decision to be raped and have my dignity, self-worth, and pride ripped away. Tomorrow I will live in a constant, crippling fear and avoid sleep due to nightmares." Oh wait. They chase me even when I am awake. Post-traumatic stress disorder made me spiral out of control. A few editing errors that were a bit annoying, and the flow was a bit disjointed. Amazing what she went through and can't imagine how hard it was to write it and publish it. Very triggering for those of us who suffer from MST.

Valuable information for vets and family members

While this book maybe stressful for some to read, I found it very helpful. I would recommend this book for anyone suffering from PTSD and family members. This book will help you get the necessary tools to live a happy and productive life.

This was a good read. I 100% understand the state of her mind while writing the book. Though her editorial or publishing company should have corrected confusing grammar and spelling errors. Also flow of book appeared as if some paragraphs and complete sections were out of order.
MST is more common than what is recognized.
