Beginner’s Guide to Seated Yoga

Provides a good overview of the benefits of yoga, importance of breath, and beginner poses. The poses include simple illustrations, benefits, and instructions to perform each pose with modifications for performing seated. There is also a bonus printable poses chart and audio. Would recommend for a senior who is mobile and would like to maintain their mobility.

Some great content…

Better diagrams would have been helpful. Scratch that. Photos of an actual person doing the poses would have been more helpful (and convincing).
Also, boat pose in a chair???
That is totally unrealistic. I tried it. Garland pose? Not exactly yoga in a chair.
