The clock is ticking as Lynne scrambles to save not only the world from destruction, but also the love of her life who lies trapped in a cursed slumber.
In a desperate quest, Lynne must locate the key to the Olymp hidden on Earth by no one else than Rio himself. With the aid of her loyal best friends and the Loop gang, Lynne deciphers cryptic clues that lead her to the Olympian Gods amid a Deadwalker apocalypse.
Just when victory seems within reach, Lynne is suddenly thrust a thousand years into the past, where she discovers that nothing is as it seemed. Forced to confront her past self, she must find a way to break free of the time travel. She has to right the wrongs that have been done before she is trapped in a never-ending loop while a long-dormant evil threatens to destroy all realms.
The stakes have never been higher for Lynne as she races against time to save everything she holds dear.

Well... I'm not going to lie, I didn't love it as much as previous two books.
The Bone Thief's Tale and The Bone Weaver's Curse felt more character driven while The Bone God's Wrath is more like adventure book where Aria and her friends needs to complete insanely dangerous and risky quest in order to save world... So yep. NO PRESSURE :D
I don't know if you guys also have a list with 'unkillable' characters? Well... I do... And guess who died?!... YES - someone from that list... and I hate it :( :( :(
Even though I'm not a huge fan of time travel trope in this book it was made well! I liked parts placed in Olympia, it was nice to see 'past' Rio and Aria ;)
I'm not sold on the final battle with the Bone God's, it felt kind of sudden I guess? I know it's IN THE TITLE, but I was surprised like WHERE THAT GUY COME FROM?!
And last but not least - Athena's a bitch. Thank's, that's all :D
Now I'm sad it's over, I grow attached to this characters :(
I received an ARC of this book at no cost from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
"The Bone God's Wrath" by Heleen Davies is the final conclusion to The Bone Thief's Saga, leaving me thoroughly enchanted with the world and story the author created. From the intricate exploration of Olympian Gods' backstories to the heartwarming romance between Rio and Lynne, the narrative weaves a tapestry of fantasy, love, and time travel.
The series has its highs, with "The Bone Thief's Tale" and "The Bone Weaver's Curse" standing out for their character-driven essence. In contrast, "The Bone God's Wrath" takes a more adventurous turn, thrusting Aria and her friends into an intense quest to save the world. The pressure is on, but the author manages to keep the stakes high and the reader engaged.
We delve deep into the backstories of Olympian Gods which was incorporated well into the narrative, and I loved when we unraveled the intricate tale of the blossoming romance between Rio and Lynne in their former lives. The transformation of Bory into a human was both adorable and hilarious, bringing moments of levity to some of the dark parts of the novel, and definitely secured his spot as my favorite character outside of our hero and heroine.
The constant dance of trust and suspicion among characters continued to keep me engaged and created an atmosphere of suspense and unpredictability. However, the novel did have a few quirks. Despite a substantial build-up, the final battle felt rushed and chaotic, not quite delivering the epic climax anticipated throughout the series. Additionally, the pacing occasionally wavered, with moments of swift progression and instances where the narrative seemed to linger. While these factors didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment, a more consistent flow would have enhanced the storytelling experience.
In essence, "The Bone God's Wrath" is a captivating series that invites readers into a world of gods, time loops, and intricate relationships. Davies skillfully blends humor, romance, and suspense, creating a narrative that, despite a few bumps, keeps readers hooked from start to finish. Fans of fantasy and mythology will find this series a worthwhile journey into a realm where love and destiny intertwine in unexpected ways. I give the series as a whole 4 stars and would recommend adding this saga to your TBR.
Yes! I was so lucky to be able to read this whole series before release date. I have been invested from the first sentence to the very last, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
This third and final book in the series is action-packed, full of longing, secrets, betrayal, found family and a love that spans lifetimes. I have loved these characters so much, not just the main characters, but the side characters too. They really contribute to the story in their own unique way.
When I love a series as much as I do this one, I’m always a bit anxious when it comes to an end. Mostly because I just want more of these characters. Yet at the same time I’m always sort of relieved as well. The characters in this series have been through so much, and I really loved how everything came together. I cried happy tears at the end.
If you love fantasy romance with spice, morally grey characters, touch her and die, magical creatures and gods, I totally recommend this series!
What an ending?! I can’t believe this series has come to an end, but I loved every minute of it!!
Rating:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice:🌶️🌶️🌶️
Since this is a series and I don’t want to spoil anything from books 1 and 2 as they’re all amazing reads… all I’m going to say is that this is a must read for everyone who loves, amazing world building, an entire crazy political system, found family, time travel, a roller coaster of emotions, amazing characters, hilarious banter, characters who are willing to risk it all and fight for their happy ending and a forbidden enemies to lovers romance with the perfect amount of smut sprinkled in! So trust me when I tell you that Heleen Davies Bone Sage is one not to be missed!
Title: The Bone God’s Wrath Author: Heleen Davies Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Spice: 🌶🌶🌶/5 Fantasy Romance / Enemies-to-Lovers/ Time Travel
The Bone God’s Wrath is the final installment in The Bone Thief Saga. I am sad to see Rio(Zagrios) & Lynne’s(Aria) story come to an end, but so glad to finally know what happens next.
“I blocked out that Rio was gone, that he was asleep now, that he wasn’t with me. Again."
Lynne and her friends are sent up to the topworld by the Blood Queen to retrive the Omphalos Stone and reach Athena who might be the only one who can help save humanity, but is she the only one who can save them all?
"Come to me and I’ll show you what life means,“
On their quest to help save humanity Lynne finally comes into her power and understands how her memories were twisted and why Rio and her needed to be kept separated. The realization and heartbreak of time loss is what captivated me and kept me hooked to the story. To see them become one and finally get what they deserve.
“For a single lifetime with you is worth an eternity apart.”
To see the completion and true happy ending for Rio & Lynne was what I needed. Definitely recommend reading book 1 & 2 before picking this up.

The author has once again outdid herself in creating a fantasy world.
