I really had to put these guys to rest, in a matter of speaking... I felt this last book had some things that seemed forced - either that or the thug was just downright imbecil - but at the same time it felt good to see they battle their demons and conquering them. I was sad in a way because there is no more of them to read, albeit I felt there's a lot more to read... I'd love to read Mitch's story.

Such a fantastic conclusion to the Corrupt Cowboys series and Cole and Savannah's duet. Lots of action and great twists that you expect from Emma Creed's writing. We are left with openings to return to that world with more stories, so we'll have to wait and see. If you're looking for a dark and grittier cowboy series with fantastic writing, the Corrupt Cowboys will definitely hit the spot!

Whatever it takes..
The conclusion to Cole and Savannahs story was everything that I needed it to be, my heart is full, but it didn't come without it challenges.
Damn my poor heart, the emotions, the angst, the pain and love, it sure did go through the ringer.
it's dark and gritty with the same deadly undertones that I absolutely love.
This series, these men have been some of the best books I've ever read, I love love that we get to see some well known faces too.
If you love dark, gritty and dirty men who would burn down the world for the ones they love .. read this series now, actually ready anything by this author

Booooo. One of the worst series finale
They broke up like 10 times within 250 pages. Savannah got KIDNAPPED and what does Cole do?! Drives her to the airport after getting discharged from the hospital and says BYE, LEAVE! If a man I loved did that, after already constantly pushing me away, I would kill him myself! Now that would be a better ending!!!!
This series started off SOO good but then it got too OTT. Let’s remember this is a SMALL town. The amount of drama, deception, twists and turns just became unbelievable and it didn’t make sense in the end

Ughhh this kills me to give it 3 ⭐️’s. I’m so bummed with this one! It wasn’t at all what I was expecting. I wanted so much more for Cole and Savannah. I’m glad the plot continued from the overall story and we got closure on some things but there wasn’t much on the two main characters. Also, there was no spice whatsoever and that’s not like the usual books either so that was a huge disappointment. The best part of this book was the last few sentences from the epilogue.

This is the conclusion to Cole and Savannah's story, and it brings the overall series to a close (At least for now). If you enjoy an abundance of juicy drama, intense emotions, tantalizing twists, rich angst, lush steam and a sharp edge of darkness this series is a definite must read. From high moments to low moments, your emotions and feels are taken for a wicked roller coaster ride that steals your breath and stretches your nerves to their breaking point.

When I tell you this series had me in a chokehold, the plot twist and turns but the loyalty and love from the brothers and everyone that worked for them and how they wanted to protect there girls ☺️☺️ LOVED. The end actually had me tearing up this family is so close and they love each other so much 😭

Emma Creed skillfully weaves the final part of this six-book series through Reaching Limits- Part 2 of Cole and Savannah’s story, and book six of the Corrupt Cowboys series. Cole, the Carson brother with the darkest story yet, continues to aggravate us and bring us to tears throughout the remainder of his tale. Savannah continues to the be the feisty, stubborn heroine that we’ve come to know and love. And the two of them complement each other perfectly.
The ongoing feud with the Mason family, along with some new twists and tricks, leaves us flipping through pages faster than a winning run in a calf-roping contest. I could NOT put this one down until I knew how EVERYTHING was going to pan out. The emotional toll that this relationship has taken on me is fantastic- throw in the angst and the secrets and everything you could hope for, this conclusion is chef’s kiss. The steam…. Good Lord the steam…. Savannah and Cole are as hot as ever and, as we all know, when you’re angry with each other, well, it’s always an inferno that follows.
Family is everything, and I love how the Carson family stays true to that- in every sense of the word- with the Carson Ranch, as well as the Dirty Souls. “Whatever it takes.” Emma has successfully tied all these pieces together between the two series and it makes you really feel like this ranch in Montana is another safe haven- another home.
Make sure you have plenty of time when you pull this one up, because, again, you won’t want to put it down. This was everything I hoped it would be. HIGHLY recommend.

Reaching Limits is the last chapter of the Carson brothers. Cole finally gets finds his happiness with Savannah. 'Whatever It Takes' is their motto and it should be yours when it comes to reading this series upto and including Reaching Limits. The books are best read in order as the action build and builds and finally explodes in this last book.
The twists and mysteries are finally explained. Cole is the brother who is the most combustible. With all of the heartbreaking things that have have to the Carsons, Cole has had more and he blames himself for them all. He pushes everyone who loves him away, his logic being that they won't get hurt. My heart hurts for Savannah everytime he pushes her away after pulling her close.
The characters relationships make this series great. They seem real to life. The brothers are brothers, teasing and giving tough love. The women stand behind their men and the men love them fiercely, sexy romance. The ranch workers are minor players but play their parts. Jimmer, Jessie and Troj come into town and help the brothers out. They set up the characters for new possible series. The world that these characters live in can be scary but when these people bond together nothing can break them. They are quite a family. One I love visiting and I know you will too.

Reaching Limits is book six in the Corrupt Cowboys Series and part two of Cole’s story; it is everything and more than I’d hoped it would be. As usual, this author has filled her story with so much that there literally isn’t a dull moment—I loved it all.
Savannah is slightly less sassy and sparkly to begin the story, but that’s to be expected, seeing as her ex-fiancé is still hanging around town, Cole is putting distance between himself and everyone else, and they still have to bury Dalton. I love it when she takes the steer by the horns and takes charge—that is, until things go pear-shaped.
Cole is stuck in his head about so much; you have to feel sorry for him, but I also wanted to give him a kick in the pants. 😆 He doesn’t appear at first glance to be very sensitive, but he is extremely sensitive and takes on more than his fair share. His love for Savannah still holds firm, but his intense dislike of himself holds firm, too. 😢
With great action-packed scenes that have you on the edge of your seat and lots of curly twists in the plot, each chapter is a surprise. I was scrolling as fast as possible to see what would happen, and the next thing cheering the Carson brothers on—the emotions were intense and powerful. It is an excellent story that is entertaining, exciting and hard to put down once you start.

I think Cole and savannahs story is my favourite 🥺 I am absolutely obsessed with them!!! Swear for this entire series all I keep saying is I’m obsessed 😍🤣 but this story… god this story takes the biscuit. Their love for one another and how much it hurts them… specifically how much Cole hurts himself by not feeling good enough for her proves just what a good man he is… even with all the bad he does.
The way he goes above and beyond to protect his family taking revenge in the only way he knows how (the next possible way to make sure they can never cause harm again) is to be admired, even if it is wrong…
Once again the twists and turns, just when I think the story is going a certain way something happens changing the course of the story and eventhough this is a running thing through this series I’m still equally as shocked each time 🤣
The way he got on a plane for her my heart 🥺🥺
“I wanted to slit Daniel’s throat, I wanted to hang him by his guts from your fancy chandelier for what he was gonna let happen to 𝕞𝕪 𝕘𝕚𝕣𝕝.” -He’s so bad 🫠😍

What an ending!
Cole and Savannah are my favorite couple like Rip and Beth from Yellowstone they are just sassy, brass knuckles and spicy 🥵
Cole and Savannah are each others soul mates but you see in there duet Cole does everything go push them apart and boy is it a ride.
It is bittersweet to have this series come to an end we go through so much with the Carson brothers and their woman. You get the action, delicious tension, the fist fights and the scrumptious spice, the twist and turn, the heart ache and when to guys do wrong lots of kissing and make up with there woman and I loved every minute of it. This series is true to the Carson Family slogan “what ever it takes” and Garrett, Wade, and Cole do exactly that! Cole and Savannah have great times and hardships and some challenges that would knock other down but being with each other they got the HEA they both deserved. I 100% recommend this series if you love cowboys, action twist and turns and good spice then you will have some fun with with series!

The long awaited ending to Cole Carson and Savannah’s love story. Their journey was far from traditional, but the way that they slowly opened up and grew together over the years of dislike for each other, and then inevitably falling in love, was the sweetest. Cole had went through a lot of relationships trauma in his past and it made it hard for him to want to be vulnerable and stable in another relationship, savannah stayed strong and persistent about her feelings for him and in the end that is what kept them together. Cole NEEDS a strong willed independent woman like Savannah, it pushes him to realize qualities about himself as well that are more caring, empathetic, and adaptable.
My only side note to this plot is that i thought the rehearsal dinner scene seemed unrealistic, the ending could have tied in more if Cole handled it in a more discreet way and had a mature conversation with Savannah’s father. I don’t think the average dad would allow his daughter to marry you and telling him all the people you have killed in the past 😅

Oh wow!! Where to start. I honestly didn’t think Cole would ever change. Just when things were getting good between him and Savannah, he flipped again and hurt the girl. My heart really hurt for her, especially after that scene where he stormed in on her “date”, screws her against the wall and then walks away and leaves her standing there. Man did I want to seriously smack him for that. But everything turned out perfectly in the end! Cole and Savannah are probably my favorite couple in the series! As much as Cole gave me serious whiplash, I loved how he was always there for Savannah and he really did love her.
I’m left with so many questions- like Tate and Louisa! I want to know more about those two. And I’m been dying since the beginning of the series to know more about those River boys!
This was a great conclusion to Savannah and Cole’s story. It had so much angst, drama, suspense, betrayal, a few pretty emotional moments, and some really hot spicy moments too!
This entire series is absolutely phenomenal and I can’t wait for more!

Wow, wow, wow. This book was so good it was very hard to put down. I loved Savannah and Cole and even though Cole put Savannah made Savannah really work for their relationship she never once gave up on him or on them having a future together. So many twists and so many secrets revealed that had me asking how everything came about. The Carson men protect their family with all they have got and they love hard and dirty but they have the biggest hearts and everything they do is to protect what is theirs and bring justice to anyone who does them wrong. All I can say this ending was so much more than I was expecting and it blew my mind. At times I honestly thought my heart could not take any more. I have loved each and every book in this series and I am so excited to see what Ms Creed brings us next as it is sure to be explosive.

This was a nice conclusion to the main part of the series (three interconnected duets about the Carson brothers. It made me a little sad, but there’s a ton of other characters in this town and on the ranch that need their stories told (Noah and Rare specifically!).
Red/Savannah and Cole figure their situation out, but not before some fun drama at a dance and smut scenes. Again, please check trigger warnings there are dark elements in this book. I liked their constant banter and the pulling/pushing in their relationship. Savannah was definitely a lot more tolerant and understanding than I’d ever be about a man being so indecisive and almost playing with my heart. Cole is just such a damaged man, it’s nice to see some good things happen for him.
I can’t wait to be back in this town for more drama and with other characters.

Savannah is one feisty lady. Knows what she wants and goes after it. Cole is on the fence still. Thinks he doesn't deserve love. Hopefully he can get his head out of the sand soon.
The horror and traumas they went through was enough to destroy someone else. A mother betraying her adult children. She is really demented. When she took her granddaughter and killed her sons' brother, was the work of a demented crazy person. But the Carsons are made of strong stock, well except their mother's line. Hopefully they are all Hank's boys. But who knows. Maybe peace will settle for a while on the Carson ranch. And Mitch might make an appearance. Maybe old Hank's illegitimate son or such.
As always this author never dissapoint. Well written story I can absolutely recommend.

I did really enjoy this series as a whole, I loved how although different books were based on different couples we still got to see into everyone’s POV’s and the series had a nice flow throughout.
I will say the first two book were my favourite and the rest were okay but not as good, it often felt like sometimes things were done just for sake of it and didn’t always feel necessary. The conclusion to the series did fall slightly flat for me and this was probably my least favourite out of the series.
BUT What really makes me love this series though is you fall in love with every single character and go on a journey with them so I would definitely recommend this series. Darker cowboy romances are definitely slept on and I hope these tropes together become more popular!

This is the second half of Cole and Savannah’s story. The series should be read in order starting with Garrett and Maisie. The Carson brothers have always made major decisions together, but a series of events has Cole going against the decision and taking matters into his own hands. His self-hatred has him pushing Savannah farther away. There are times in this book, I want someone to smack him for what he does to Savannah, he hurts her at every turn.
Cole gives Savannah whiplash, with the he wants her and then he needs to push her away. Answers are revealed that have plagued the brother thru the series and the feud with the Masons come to ahead. Cannot wait for the Jimmer’s story.

100000% loved this last book with savannah and Cole! There is such huge character development that takes place in this book, especially for Cole as he fights his way through the darkness, and towards the light to Savannah, and finally decides that he might not be good enough for Savannah, but he’s not willing to let her go for anyone or anything. The love and the sexual chemistry share between these two characters is unbelievably filthy(spicy filth).
Emma has such a talent for creating the stories and the plots within them. The way Emma can grip you into the story, as if you are, the characters themselves is amazing.
Sad that this is the last book of the series, but cannot wait to read more books by this amazing author.

Cole and Savannahs story is an emotional ride as this couple has a lot of baggage that they need to work through with themselves and then with each other. The amount of push and pulls really drew me in on how many times Cole will actually accept the fact that Savannah is willing to do anything to be with him. I love that more revelations came out in this story and seeing familiar faces from the authors mc series really strengthen the Carson's background of always having family when needed in times of hardships.

Cole has serious problems running hot and cold with Savannah, hurting her repeatedly when he just wants to protect her from being hurt by him. He is living with a lot of guilt that makes everything worse for him. The family is still reeling from losses and betrayal. More secrets come out about some history and they get some real answers about Harvey. Another big betrayal happens. It takes until almost the end and Cole completely throwing Savannah away for him to figure things out. Can’t wait to see what the family does next!.

I have been waiting for Cole and Savannahs book since No Limits and oh boy was this was full of tension/push and pull! My heart just hurt for Cole and all that he had gone through after losing his first love. I loved seeing how Savannah continued to push Cole and to continue to pursue him showing him that he was capable of love and of loving another person. The chemistry between Savannah and Cole was off the charts and the spice in this was incredible!
This duet will take you on a rollercoaster of plot twists and emotions — angst, pain, anger and love! I adored seeing the rest of the Carson’s as well as their wives — the found family in this was just amazing! It was bittersweet to see the conclusion to the Carson’s however I would love to delve more into this world and The River Boys! 🤎
