An eye opener as to how the SAPS has evolved from doing the work to doing as little as possible.
Pro Labuschagne doesn't bit about the bush, he writes it like it is.
It shows how the system is corrupt and changes aren't gonna come now. There are far more bigger issues, and no one to help out.The system is failing us and it ain't getting any better.
