Millie Copper, writer of Cozy Apocalyptic Fiction and preparedness mentor, was born in Nebraska but never lived there. Her parents fully embraced wanderlust and moved regularly, giving her an advantage of being from nowhere and everywhere.
Millie Copper lives in the wilds of Wyoming with her husband and young son, tending chickens and attempting a food forest on their small homestead. After living off the grid for several years, they've recently gone back on the grid. Four adult daughters, three sons-in-law, and five grandchildren round out the family.
Since 2009, Millie has authored articles on traditional foods, alternative health, homesteading, and preparedness-many times all within the same piece. Millie has penned seven nonfiction, traditional food focused books, sharing how, with a little creativity, anyone can transition to a real foods diet without overwhelming their food budget.
The twelve-installment Havoc in Wyoming and six-installment Montana Mayhem Christian Post-Apocalyptic fiction series use her homesteading, off-the-grid, and preparedness lifestyle as a guide. The adventures continue with the upcoming Dakota Destruction series.
Lauren doing an amazing job In bringing their community together
Scrounging happens and going into Unoccupied homes sometimes brings Unoccupied homes sometimes brings undesired consequences. Some people add to the community other people don't And Boomer and Farley still.in the background Creating problems. Law enforcement is gone However They are trying to find out ways to deal with people themselves.
I reread Wyoming Fall 1 and 2 and really enjoyed both stories. I really enjoyed the inclusion of the belief in Jesus Christ as a person’s personal savior and personal friend. Do not know how much your regular readers feel about this but I support you all the way. Looking forward to Wyoming Fall 3
Millie Copper continues to exhibit her writing expertise in Wyoming Fall 2. She has brought Wyoming into the October Fall series beautifully. Her characters continue to capture the essence of a post apocalyptic world.
Fast read but good , detailed description of the area and conditions in this continuing October Fall saga. Good characters and leaves the reader with ample open story threads to continue in the next book. Looking forward to it!
Loved this story and really wanted to immediately read WY #3 but it’s not out. This series is very good but you get involved in one group and it ends. So I’m switching to Milly’s series for now!
I love these books and how we get to be involved in secondary characters and see how things progress is different areas. Another great one in the series
Convoluted. Too many parts of the story trying to come together. I don't know if there will be a Wyoming Fall 3....but maybe it will help bring everything together.
This was such a good book and a surprise! I hadn’t realized this book had come out. Loved the community and connections made in this book. Can’t wait to read the next one!
