Helping each other recover

When she's told her brother's ex wife has been killed because of something he's done, Cheryl agrees for him to re-home her so she can look after his daughter in safety. But she doesn't recon on their new next door neighbour who likes to train his dogs in peace.

Drew has his own troubled past and likes the peace and quiet of where he now lives. He dislikes it when his new neighbour arrives with her daughter who has been through traumas of her own. He dislikes it even more when his new neighbour starts in his class and she might turn out to be his best student. He offers her a position of his TA but as they spend more time together she finds out the reasons behind his grumpy exterior. Can Cheryl help Drew with his problems and can he help her and Tabatha with theirs?

This is a well written story which draws you in so you won't want to put it down. It has a lovely, slow build, steamy romance, along with humour, misunderstandings, mystery, suspense and a great HEA.

Cheryl uproots her life and moves to help her half-brother with raising her niece. Right away things are awkward between her and the neighbor next door and they have a little verbal sparring. Later she finds out that he is one of her college professors and now she finds that he could have a real impact on her future. The good thing is that the more that Cheryl is around Andrew, the neighbor/professor next door, the more he opens up to her and she starts to see the reasons for his grumpiness. Can Cheryl help both her niece and her neighbor heal from their trauma?

Having to try to raise and heal your nice is hard enough when you have a totally jerk as your neighbor how complains on everything you do, you probably breath the wrong way to, that he is so handsome is beside the point. And to make matters worse he happens to be your professor, can your life be anything worse? Oh yes is defently can ;)

This is a book that really draws you in and want to jump into the book to give that rude neighbor some piece of your mind yourself. Forbidden desires, enemies to lovers, mystery and hidden secrets, love survives anything in the end is this is you’re favorite subjects then this is totally the book for you. You won’t be able to put it down you just need to find out what happens next.
