Although the format of the book and the writing style is a bit convoluted, it has helpful information as the author’s experience and LC symptoms are similar to mine. I look forward to applying some of her recommended techniques.

As both a psychologist and a long-hauler myself, this resource is the best I've accessed thus far in two years of holistic and medical searching.
