The consequences of the sexual curse are such that Professor Dumbledore feels the best solution would be for the two to marry, particularly in light of everything else happening. I am still a fan of Severus and Hermione pairings. I really enjoyed how this one played out. I loved how into her and all about her he was. Even from the beginning, his focus was protecting her the best he could and doing whatever it took to do so. However, I hated the pregnancy trope.

Sexyyyyyyz. For me it was the perfect blend of smut and substance. I really enjoyed their Denali’s- it wasn’t too frustrating with the miscommunication or angst. I love Sev - how he just kept coming for her 😭💕
The only thing that gave me the ick was at the very end … when he just “forgets” her contraception potion.

Ugh… really fucking good. The only reason it’s 4 stars is cause I wanted more!! The end is great( the epilogue made me laugh) but ugh… the potential of this fic- it could’ve been so much better and that’s saying something cause it was already fantastic. This is a 6th/7th year au, fast paced and never boring. Severus is a cold bastard but also sweet and soft for Hermione (when he isn’t telling her he’ll never love her and he’s going to die anyway). His memories at the end legit made me cry, along with Hermione’s inner monologue when she’s wearing the locket. Told from Hermione’s pov (3rd person) but the writer posted his pov in another part- aside from this fic. I even liked Ron (except for the beginning) in this fic and usually I hate him- in cannon and every other fic. Surprised by who he ends up with in the end. But Severus- ugh- he was written so well. I loved his relationship with Hermione (so sweet together- the ring… the night he had to kill Dumbledore) and his friendship with Albus. I especially like that Hermione isn’t an idiot who gets in trouble and he has to save her, they’re really a team. He saves Hermione a lot, which I enjoy in a fic. So good…highly recommend.
