Dragons and humans and knotting—oh my! This book was intense!!

We have Kat, a human who basically loves sex..or maybe it’s just that dragon sex that got her like—horny all the freaking time! Can’t say I blame her with two extremely hot dragon shifters. We have Dell who is an absolute sweetheart and an omega. And we have Dracon, the possessive alpha dragon that is too hot to handle.
Words cannot describe the hotness between these three and their scorching scenes. Definitely some trigger warnings in there, but I was fine with it. It’s the knotting for me 🥵. I can’t wait to dive into the next story. Wonder who’s up next.

گیج بودم و گنگ و اصلا نمیخواستم حتی یه لحظه بدون گوش دادن بهش باشم و شروع کردن به خوندن این مجموعه (تقریبا یه سال پیش) و وقتی رسیدن به کتاب دوم تصمیم گرفتم دنیای شاد و جالبشون و کوتاه بودن کتاب و خب بخش اروتیکاش میتونه کمکم کنه.

و برای اولین بار توی زندگیم کتاب اروتیکایی خوندم که بین ۳ نفر بود و دو نفرشون آدم نبودن😂
به نظرم کتاب خوبی بود. نه فقط توی ژانر خودش...شخصیت پردازی، پلات، صحنهها، همه چیز خیلی خوب بود (هرچند بعضی بخشاش برای من زیادی بود) ولی ازش لذت بردم.
و رابطهی عاشقانهشون با اینکه فقط ۱۰۷ صفحه فرصت داشت برای ساخته شدن، رابطهی قوی و قشنگی بود. میتونستم راحت باور کنم که این سه نفر عاشق همن.

Super fast, super smutty read about dragon shifters and their one and only. There was a bit of story, but the smexy times for sure beat it out. Holy... it was hot, not gonna lie.
I've barely dipped my toes in the fantasy genre and this was like a cannon ball into it haha.
I just might continue on with the series.... just to see how monsters get down and dirty.
Plus, the coffee shops in my town are not this fun lol.

Holy hotness 🥵, I need a cold shower after this one and someone please slap me for not reading this sooner. I remember having this in my ku library after finishing book one ages ago but I removed it for some ungodly reason. Wtf was I thinking? This is one of the best ones in this series and and I’m so happy I decided to read it especially since I’m about to read the final book and everyone is going to make a reappearance. Anyways.
Holy hell. The dragon shifters, Dell and Dracon were hot af and when Kat joined in with them, I could feel the chemistry and the fated mate bond between them. Dracon was an alpha while Dell was an omega and their bond was instantaneous from seeing each other. Kat felt the pull and went with them for a weekend of debauchery but she tried to hold her feelings back due to her past. The sex scenes in this were so fucking hot. There was knotting, huge appendages, magic to take said appendages, cum play, domination, tail fucking, forked tongues. Basically all the kinky shit I look for when reading monster books. 🥵 I need a fan.

This also had a side story that runs through all the books but since I’ve read them all out of order, it hasn’t held me back from understanding what’s going on. This was a big sip of delicious…
What a series this is turning out to be. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this book. It was fun, sexy and gave you a little bit of the feels as well.
Dracon is lonely. He wants what his friend has: a mate. So the Barista finds him two mates, Dell and Kat. They are extremely sexy together. Dell and Dracon are dragon shifters and that comes with ALL the bells and whistles. Magic, mates bonds and big…assets. Kat takes it all and beg for more.
A big baddie from Kat’s past tries to take her happiness away and Dracon and Dell aren’t having that at all. They unleash their dragons and whew, what a treat that was.
Heed the triggers warnings, of course, but this was such a fun and sexy ride. Highly, highly recommended.

This was another little instalove story and was by far the most creative tail anatomy I’ve seen in a monster romance so far! I wish the book could’ve been a bit longer so we got to know backstories more, but it was still cute.
Sweet Dell had my heart in this one. Kat and Dracon worked well.

The kink in this book may not be for everyone, but if you are like me and really have no boundaries or triggers… READ THIS BOOK! If you have triggers or issues with particular kinks, read the warning and then decide. Me… I am already anxiously awaiting waiting book 3. I can’t wait for Rum to get his HEA. A must read recommendation from me!

I think I saw a TikTok of someone teasing this book with a super basic summary or maybe a specific line during a spicy scene so I immediately went to KU to read and… yikes. This was not for me. Even as a novella it felt insanely rushed, the spice was so undetailed and the instalove was almost too insta for words. The villain was there, and then he was not. There were also a fair amount of spelling and grammar errors. I just… did not enjoy.

Narrators: this one was a lot better than the first book. The narrators were still kind of slow but because I wasn't limited to kindle, I was able to listen to it on Book Funnel on 1.8-1.9x.
I think I'm obsessed with Clio Evans. Short, spicy reads perfect for getting out of slumps.

This is the second book in the Creature Cafe series and features Dell, Dracon and Kat. This time Dracon (from book 1) goes to the Barista for help locating mates because he wants what Dante and Peter have. Dracon is an alpha dragon shifter and gets paired with an omega dragon shifter named Dell. To round out their group, they are paired with the human Kat.
The three of them take a weekend to get to know each other and their passion blossoms. But someone from Kat's past is still out to get her. Can Dracon and Dell keep Kat safe? Will they able to convince her they are meant to be?
I really enjoyed this but I always have a really hard time with MMF romances. I always feel like three is a crowd when it's MM and MF and it takes a lot for me to believe in their love as a tripod. In this instance I was more invested in Dracon and Dell with Kat as an afterthought. That being said...this was super steamy and sexy and had a great plot.

Also I just really adored the relationship dynamic between Dracon, Dell, & Kat in general! They really found exactly what they were looking for within each other. Perfect balance between hot & sweet?? absolutely!
Clio just has a way of writing such a captivating world of lovable characters that you just can’t seem to get enough of.

If my dragon obsession was bad before it’s out of control now. I like this series so far, but there is a theme that keeps surfacing that’s a touch annoying. This is clearly an insta-love trope series and people going to the Barista know what they are in for. But this makes 2/2 of the human love interest that are hesitant about/scare of love. And while it’s usually short lived it just a thing that’s stuck in my claw.
Other than that I’m enjoying this series.

Two dragons and a human meet in a coffee shop
Two dragons looking for love and mates and a human woman who thinks her heart is frozen, find out that three are definitely better than two and that they mysterious Barista is never wrong! This book has so much heat - like, 🔥🔥🔥🔥! Dell and Dante are dragon shifters that are paired with human, Kat, and the fire between them all is scorching! There's also a werewolf stalker and guest appearances by old friends from the first book. There is a sort of ongoing mystery surrounding the Barista, that weaves through the stories, end gives you glimpses if answers get to come. I'm absolutely addicted to this series and can't wait to see what happens next. Totally on love with these - and I want a monster of myself own! 😊

I'm absolutely addicted to this series and can't wait to see what happens next. Totally on love with these - and I want a monster of myself own! 😊

This was a knotty(pun intended) little monster romance from a cute, fun, and sexy series that I am thoroughly enjoying. I love how the monsters are, thus far, seemingly pansexual, and care more about their mate(s) than their mate's gender(s). I love how the characters in this series are never oriented one particular way nd the couples the barista matches aren't all MM or MF or FF or MMF or what have you...he matches people and monster to what best will fit them and that feels like an authentic representation of preferences. Not all romances are gonna be gay or straight or monogamous or polyamorous and it's nice to get a variety in a series!

I definitely want to finish this whole series. I didn’t quite enjoy this one as much as I had hoped, but it happens you don’t enjoy every book you read.
