When Rob Baddorf is not trying to stow away on a uranium expedition or looking to join a jungle team searching for pirate loot, he's stuck in traffic dreaming up a story where he can do these things. When he's not writing middle-grade fiction, you can find him either doing graphic design or illustration work. Rob lives in Pennsylvania with his amazing wife and three boisterous children.
Enjoyed the first in this series, really what our children need to read about today, a world where you learn to use your imagination and realize there is a whole world outside of 21st century technology. A world where nature is beautiful and more enriching. Loved it, the meadow sounds like something from my childhood days, made me nostalgic to read it. I'd like to thank the author for the ARC. The review is my honest opinion.
My son’s reaction—What’s the next book? I liked it when Andrew and Kate got used to being outside for two weeks. They were out there because they had been home too much playing on their screens.
This was the first in this series. It was a sweet and magical book.
