well written
Every relationship takes work and putting in the effort to make it better whether it’s your spouse friend or anyone else. I always want to go above and beyond to make things work and realistically I need to follow this book on setting the boundaries for myself and to help others. I can grow if I don’t start setting personal limits and will forever feel exhausted and defeated when someone doesn’t meet me trying to improve.
